El Patron 3 in Trussville is a must-visit! I had the steak fajitas, and they were absolutely incredible, served sizzling hot, bursting with flavor, and perfectly tender. The seasoning was spot on, and every bite was better than the last. The service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. If you're craving authentic, delicious Mexican food, this place delivers. I’ll definitely be back!

El Patrón is hands down one of my all-time favorite spots, we go in at least once a week. Their birria is the best I’ve ever had—rich, flavorful, perfectly tender, and consistent every single time. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, because the quality never misses.
The service is always great—friendly, attentive, and professional. No matter when I go, the wait time is little to none, and they somehow manage to be fast, efficient, and still deliver food that’s absolutely amazing without looking or tasting sloppy and rushed.
And the margaritas—they’re just as impressive as the food! They taste amazing and have both frozen or regular options, with flavor add-ons as well.
To top it all off, their prices are totally fair for the quality and portion sizes you get. El Patrón checks every box: amazing food, great drinks, quick service, good vibes, and fair pricing. If you haven’t been yet—go. You won’t regret it.
