Food, decor, service, and atmosphere is excellent. Their bar is terrible. Understaffed, poor layout, margarita glasses are tiny (two sips and it’s empty). Over priced, takes forever to get a drink, drinks are small, etc.

Had the combo fajitas! Super-cali-fragilic-expialidocious!!! The chips and salsa are UNIQUE and DELICIOUS! The service we received was THE BEST we've experienced in a LONG time ANYWHERE in Bham. If you go, ask for Fletcher and take ALL of his menu recommendations! You'll be glad you did! Thank you, Fletcher, for your wonderful attention to detail and for the great history lesson on the restaurant.

Really enjoyed my recent visit to El Royale. I ordered the chicken fajitas and an orange margarita on the rocks. They were both were great and exceeded my expectations. Our waitress was fun, informative, and quick to help us decide on some yummy options. The space was beautiful, both inside and out on the patio. The vibe was fun and laid back. A little extra I appreciated was the full jalapeño that came with the fajitas and the warm salsa for the table. Looking forward to putting...
