I placed an order online and paid for it. Got to the restaurant and nobody knows or seen nothing yet money was taken off my account for the meal I ordered. I let the staff know and showed them the transaction and receipt email. They told me it's the site fault and I had to take it up with them even though I went on the restaurant website and it directed me to the site that stole my money. I never got my money back so do with this information what you will.

10/10 hands down. Food was excellent. I ordered the voodoo wings, whiting fish, & cajun chicken pasta. Definitely will be back and I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant!!!!!

It looks like the owner is not open to criticism at all. He defends his business on one negative review, ignores the rest. They could have turned this around by listening to the reviews and making necessary changes. Instead they tried to block people from leaving reviews with pictures and videaos. A huge no no and red flag. This relationship is over before it started. Keep your horrible staff and chef that you defend and wont correct. You will drain every penny you have before close. Its impossible to remain in business with your arrogance.

Some places just don't translate from food truck to brick and mortar. This is one of those places. Alfredo used to be good but, has fallen off a cliff. The floor was nasty as were the staff attitudes. Avoid

Honest feedback should be welcomed, not punished. I saw how Encore Rouge responded to a customer’s review, and the way they handled it online came across as very unprofessional and defensive. Instead of taking the feedback as a chance to improve, they insulted commenters and then turned off their Instagram comments — which doesn’t help their case at all.

A restaurant’s reputation is built not only on food and cleanliness, but also on professionalism and respect, especially on social media. They should really work on better PR and social media management, because how a business handles criticism says a lot about how they value their customers.

The food and concept have potential, but the restaurant itself could use improvement in cleanliness, consistency, and overall customer experience. Constructive criticism helps businesses grow — but only if management is willing to listen and respond professionally.

Management/Ownership has taken ZERO accountability over recent bad reviews, and instead of addressing or trying to fix the problem management has tried to instead control the narrative. Even put out a public statement saying any video/audio/images of the business or it’s likenesses must be approved by management before a customer can post it on their personal social media which holds NO WEIGHT as that would be completely unconstitutional. Not to mention The State Of Alabama is a ONE party state meaning that anyone can record anything anytime without the other person consent, knowledge, or approval. As far as my personal experience is concerned: Their food is dry, but the customer service is “dryer”. Finally to end on a “positive note” if you want to call it that….their health score is an 88!!!!!

When this place first opened 10/10 but now it’s terrrible!!! The quality has went down drastically and lacks class big time. Save your money
