I've ate here several times and the food was always great but this time it was sub par to say the least. The Alfredo tasted like it came from a can. Won't be ordering from them again.

Food was fresh and the service was amazing!

Baby the food is so good and very reasonably priced. The catfish Alfredo is a must try. This Texas girl highly recommends this restaurant. The service was awesome.

Cook Was So Nasty & So Rude. Threw Another Customers Order Onto The Counter Saying “Here Give This To Her” All Because She Asked For Fresh Garlic Bread. After She Had Already Tipped The Cashier &
Said Cook $5 A Piece. Very Unacceptable!

Went there Saturday 4/5/25. Just trying to catch a meal and have some drinks before attending a concert. Walked in the place was super crowded which was no problem. My friend ended up finding us a booth while I was ordering. The tables weren’t cleaned off from the last customers and no one came to clean it we ended up having to do it ourselves. I ordered our food which were two burgers one no onions and one no tomato and loaded chicken fries with a side of fried okra. I got the okra first you could tell it was not freshly cooked it wasn’t even warm and soggy. We waited a while for our food. In the wait we decided to try the bar the guy behind the bar had no customer service whatsoever, I understand you were making drinks but a simple “I’ll be right with you.” would’ve suffice. So I seen him fix a flight so the lady standing behind the bar who was also the waitress came and asked us did we need help. I told her I was interested into getting two flights she told me $50 each…okay that wasn’t an issue so I asked the flavors she told me she wasn’t sure of the flavors that the bartender could better help me with that so he finally comes he can’t do a flight because he didn’t have enough alcohol left to do but one…so I asked for the caramel apple frozen drink he couldn’t do that at this point I walk off and back to the table. The food finally comes I eat a fry without paying attention and look down they have giving me uptown fries and it has shrimp in it and I’m allergic. So I call the waitress to let her know I ordered two loaded chicken fries and got this and I’m highly allergic she just stood there saying sorry all nonchalantly and the burgers were not fixed at all how we wanted. At this point my throat became irritated my friend was furious but I just told her I’m not stressing we got up and we left. I had benedryl available but trust I will not ever be going back. Sad you can’t support your own and trust to say all sales are final as thought they won’t make mistakes and the customer has to be stuck with it and a bar that can’t keep liquor!!!!

Wasn't greeted when I came in. The woman behind the bar wasn't really inviting. Just off-putting and brash. I ordered online and they no longer have the item I paid for. It's still on their menu though. Haven't had it in months. It was the crawfish fries. What is taking so long to get it off the o line menu? Didn't offer to give me food that was the price of the item missing. All around might return but I highly doubt it. My thing is of you saw the order knew you didn't have it why not call the customer and ask for a replacement item?

Food was pretty good. I only have an issue with them because my online order created a duplicate order/ charge on my card I called them to verify it was only on order placed. They told me yes they only received one order. Boom! Get to the restaurant I have two orders, absolutely insane because the restaurant advised me they couldn’t do anything about it and to call Toast the third party ordering app well Toast stated they only assist business owners not customers of the business. I mean the Alfredo was good but not $45 good. Don’t think I will be revisiting.

The food is absolutely amazing!! I would encourage anyone who is looking for some good tasty food to stop by Encore Rouge!

You guys should really be ashamed of yourselves!! You asked to bring your food truck to an event for children and then refused to pay the vender's fee (you offered to pay 1/4 of the fee while all other venders had no issue paying the full fee). I know you made money at this event. I was there and there was always a line at your truck. I will not support a business that does this at charity events.

Me and my husband ate here for the first time today. And when I tell you I applaud the chef for creating such a wonderful dish. I never thought to eat crawfish with stuffed Turkey leg, but it goes well together. It was worth every dollar.

Food was good. Not exceptional but I'd eat it again. Prices are what you would expect from a "cajun food truck" high for the convenience. Several of us ordered together. I picked the shrimp and sausage cheese fries. It was good. Fries were little dry. But eaten with toppings were fine. I enjoyed it. A friend ordered the chicken Alfredo it was okay.
Another friend ordered the Bayou burger. It looked and smelled great but they said their fries were not good.
Okay for a food truck.

This was my first time at Encore Rouge. The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the lunch sized Cajun Alfredo with Chicken. It was the perfect size at the perfect price. I will definitely be coming back and bringing others with me!

I always enjoy my food at Encore Rouge. Unfortunately, there's a sour smell inside the building. We decided to sit outside due to the smell. It may be the AC unit because I smell it every time I visit this restaurant. The food is good and so is the service. But the smell becomes unbearable. With us sitting outside, we were unable to hear the music. I would suggest some speakers outside, so your outdoor guests can hear the music as well.
