I've never been to Ensley Seafood. Wrong destination

This restaurant has poor customer service and you can’t understand what they saying. I had a call in order. My order was wrong, I came all the way down there to get to the restaurant on my lunch break, to not get my order. Call the manager back to get it situated and the manager argued back and forth about my order. And the restaurant has an horrible odor when you walk in. The worst customer service ever experience in this area. Highly do not recommend this restaurant

Ordered five pieces of fish and he only gave me two packs of hot sauce and one cup of tartar sauce. I went back in and ask for more hot sauce. He became so rude and I told him to give me my money back. Why are you mad, because I requested more hot sauce?!

Some of the best chicken in Center Point AL!!! Always cooked to perfection, just the right amount of lemon pepper, fried hard! ? Must try if you are in the Center Point area. Never had any issue with customer service, quick getting the orders out.

Ordered Mongolian beef with rice and an eggroll and ordered two piece whiting fish combo with fries, and a drink. tried both- fish was perfect clean and hot, fries not over seasoned fresh and hot, the Mongolian beef was so good the sauce was perfect and the rice was white rice with soy sauce and eggroll was fresh and crisp. Drink standard Pepsi brand fountain drink.I will definitely be back.

Always my go to when I want nice sized,tasty whole wings,,or fried fish...the service is pretty decent, no issues,, I always use the drive thru,,,pretty fast service..

Chicken wings! Whole wings. Wing combo with thousands of fries. They are a quick go-to spot to get them fresh out of the grease! They’re accommodating to how you like them prepared and generally in point with service. No frills at all, just business. Drive through or walk-in…there’s always a line but it moves quickly. I prefer the whole wing, lemon pepper.
