Got my order wrong an had a attitude an called the manager to see if she can redo my order, use the same plate an fries and change the wings, food wasn’t fresh an still had hot sauce from the previous wings in the plate

Incredible place to get some straight 🔥chicken wings and lemonade and other drinks are top notch satisfaction for anyone who wants the best wings ever go here and skip BDubs the comparison is like frozen tv dinner to fine dining. Most is the staff are cool. Moe you still owe me my cake and no ice in one and extra in the other.
You gotta love people who are working in the food industry cause I do not have a desire to be a part of this industry in any way to get money for work. Great place to go, for the record, I recommend the flats only, wet lemon pepper, and I can't think of the name but it's all the drinks mixed, my preference, or the lemonade is the easy pick.

I was on the way home and wanted a salad, I thought about another restaurant but, saw Exotic Wings and thought let’s support a small business. I am so glad I did. The salad was delicious, huge, and had plenty of veggies and chicken. Shout out to Stacey and Tim for making it a great experience. Good food and a great value.

I came in and waited at the counter for approximately 5 minutes until the cashier finished her wings she was eating behind the counter. She finally waited on me but with no greeting or hello once I greeted her. This is a bad look for business. Not sanitary at all and no personality whatsoever so ever.

The wings are good. The service is mediocre. Cashier does not communicate well. They take their clientele for granted. A true competitor needs to come to this area.

Called in to make an order showed up 20 minutes later just to be informed my order wasn't ready and the cashier shrugged his shoulders. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes . Wasnt like they were busy. Not impressed

Exotic Wings has potential, but unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. The guy working at the front was very rude and unprofessional. Someone in that position should be more empathetic, friendly, and approachable. Customer service is everything, and his attitude really took away from the visit. I hope they work on improving this in the future.
