I just ordered 6 piece bbq combo and the Hispanic girl you have on drive thru is very rude, she kept telling me to back up to speaker so she can hear me and continue to rush me through my order, besides your rude service the wings and fries are hot and it was good but customer service is poor from that girl

Stopped by this place to order catfish plate and pulled up the girl at the window rushing me to order after i pulled around she took the pay and had me to pull around i waited about 30 mins before i said something 3/4 cars after me got their food so i asked the girl that brought the food to the other cars she immediately caught attitude so i waited another 20 mins and went and ask for a refund its been 3 days and no money was put on my card the attitudes are terrible at this place and not to mention when ordering they all in the window with ranch and cheese on they hand touching items nasty

Staff is always nice and the food is hot every time. I hate soggy room temp takeout but they make it fresh every. single. time. My go-to order is the catfish, okra, and corn nuggets. Wings are good too.

Long story short, drink order was wrong. Hubs took it back in and saw the cook eating ranch fries while preparing food with NO GLOVES. Tried to video it to show me. Came back outside and lady came out and accused him of taking pics of her butt. He showed her his gallery and the video he attempted. Lady who he was trying to video came out with our food and got loud with him about taking photos to which he replied he was taping her preparing food while eating. She said she was on break when he saw her first hand preparing food! THAT'S NASTY AND UNSANITARY!! WAS our new fave food spot but no longer! Too many places in the area that actually follow sanitation rules, don't run behind customers out of the store and lie on them, and don't have to deal with attitudes from employees. Never again!!

This was absolutely terrible service! Only 2 cars in drive through no one inside and I waited 5 mins to place the order and waited another 5 to get a response so I five around and still waited 10 mins behind the 2 cars that were already there! Very poor service!
