Went here for the first time today just to be disappointed I literally spent $20 for four small tacos that the meat look like it was literally like pulled chicken out of a can had no flavor to it absolutely at all and just let me just say this the presentation on their pictures look amazing but this is one of those what look good ain't always good the food itself was terrible that there was no flavor the services was pretty good overall me personally I will not be buying food from this truck ever again because I was so disappointed and they are so overpriced only thing I can say for anyone that reads my review is please try at your own risk

Customer Service was no where near satisfactory, it’s embarrassing when you can call attempt to place an order and get rewarded with being hung up on.
I called in to attempt to place an to-go/takeout order, and was rudely hung up on less than 15 seconds into the call. I was attempting to support a black-owned business and have my family and I try their food for the first time, however we were disgusted with the customer service.

I am happy to say I have a new taco truck and foodie place to come to! I attended the rock city fall festival and got to experience your og tacos and chicken bacon tacos 🌮 and they were delicious! The customer service was really good and the food was a 10/10. I will be pulling up to the truck again real soon. Thank you fat Charles bbq for bringing food options to us in Alabama bc I struggle finding food other than soul food and seafood. I’m a new comer but I’m a forever customer now.

We used the awesome people at Fat Charles BBQ for our 20th Year Celebration and Annual Alumni Reunion on October 20th at East Lake Park and everything they did was SOOO GOOD!! With a record attendance of 2,000+ we were THRILLED to have the team there. We will continue to use them for events and had absolutely NOTHING negative to say about these folks! THE FOOD WAS FANTASTIC! Service awesome!
