Humble, soul-food-y spot that serves really good food with a smile. I got the roast beef, greens, black-eyed peas and fried green tomatoes and I was FULL. The tomatoes had a nice piquancy and the beef was thick-cut and moist. Greens were good, cornbread was a bit dry. Wife got fried chicken that was so moist she checked to make sure it had been cooked all the way (it had).

Being going here for years but recently had bad experience with Mr John he kept pickin with me about different parkin spots when i been parkin in dem for years an so do everyone i felt like he targeted me for nothing an talkin crazy to an long time customer didnt sit well with me or my Spirit i have always shown him Respect until his constant rude behavior But i still love da Food nothin has changed its still Good
this place is really bad, not to mention the host is there talking to you with her face mask but it seems she’s wearing it in her ears. I could go on but just save yourself time and money and dont come

Went in ordered turkey and dressing 2, in fact . Get to the register where a white female 5 are you I said , she didn't reply . I said Hi again because I thought she probably didn't hear me the first time she still NEVER spoke or acknowledge me standing there while accepting my $100 bill. To add insult to injury this woman throws me back my change so my instincts kicked in and I threw the change right back at her like she did me . Replied to her, walking out the door, how does it feel to have someone throw change at you ???
