Went to this location on 3/22/24 for dinner and I was not pleased at all with the cleanliness of the restaurant or the employees. I went to place my order at the register y a young Caucasian lady was very polite and sweet but she had very long hair that was NOT in any type of hair restraint. Her hair was freely flowing which could’ve lead to hair being in food. Very unsanitary. The lady proceeds to assist the young black lady in making orders without washing her hands or even putting on gloves. I also noticed the other lady not changing her gloves after scratching the side of her face. Also, that Caucasian lady walked outside to go somewhere and then came back in and started to help the other lady to prepare orders without washing her hands or wearing gloves. With so much sickness going on staff must do better. Take less time talking and more time cleaning and getting orders out quicker.

Both times I've picked up from here I had to wait excessive amount of time. This time there's 3 employees. 5 drivers waiting for orders. Only one customer in lobby whose order was already taken. Two of the girls are moving in slow motion, and the 3rd is just standing there at the register careless that 5 drivers have been sitting and waiting for 15mins+. You should test for common sense in customer service before hiring. Y'all aren't having me sit there for 30 mins when I could go complete two deliveries where other places have much more complex orders already ready for me. This is how you get on the no-go list

Everything was good and fresh they just didn't add enough meat I had a corn beef sandwich and they put about four thin slices for about ten dollars it doesn't make sense it needed more but I will think about maybe going back.Wheelchair accessibility: No access to store I had to walk down the way to get access.

Feels like this place is going downhill. Its usually kinda dirty. Still like firehouse subs, but touching the drink macine feels risky. Also feels like the tables are sticky and havent been wiped in a while.
I have been eating here once a week lately and every time it is great ! Club on a Sub is my favorite . Everyone is really friendly!

Decided to try this PEPPERONI PIZZA SUB.,on toasted garlic bread roll, while I was rolling through Homewood! The good: The sub was YAS! TASTEFUL explosion of Parmesian, sauce and meatball goodness!! The bad: all associates working OVER our food had long or dangling hair that were not covered..health dept. Has gotten very complacent on this now??? I don't want dandruff or head debris overly food.....overall, establishment is clean, air conditioned and no flies buzzing! :)
