The staff here is always terrible. It takes a minimum of an hour to get your order. It doesn’t matter if you order online you still have to wait an hour. After waiting an hour, your sandwich will be wrong. The employees are extremely rude.

This Firehouse is the closest one to my job, I’ve been there numerous times, but won’t be back after today. Each time I go to this shop, I place my order online so that I can just go pick it up. This is the 3rd time that I was told a time and have now been waiting 35 Minutes over what I was told. This is ridiculous. The whole reason to place an order online is so it will be ready when you get there, I waste over half my lunch time just waiting on the order that I ordered over 30 minutes before I got there and went by there time it would be ready. Do better Firehouse cause this is ridiculous.

Stopped here while traveling and the experience was absolutely outstanding today. Very friendly service and the food might be the best iv had at any firehouse. The sandwich honestly looked like it could have been on a commercial for them. 10 out of 10.

Walked in the door and immediately thought i had did something wrong. I was met with the nastiest glares from the staff and then had to wait over a minute to be spoken to (I was the only person there). After finally being greeted it was nothing but unpleasant and filled with attitude, again i thought i had did something wrong. If you have to go in and order i would advise to just not and simply go hungry.

Used a T-Mobile promotion for BOGO medium Hook-n-Ladder. The app is so easy to use. My order was ready when I arrived. The staff was friendly and greeted me when I walked in. The best part was the taste of the sandwich. I love the H&L the best!

I like firehouse subs, and this one is probably the best service out of all the ones in the Birmingham area. Just my opinion of course.
