Placed an order and was charged $29 instead of $17 the young man said they weren't able to do anything about the payment and to contact customer service because It looked like a glitch in the system, after speaking with CS they told me to reach out to the store directly. No one seems to be able to help resolve this issue.

This was my first visit. 12-18-24 1:27 pm. I ordered the Italian medium sub. The cashier (white guy with a ponytail) acted annoyed when I didn’t add a tip, never said ty and added a donation that I didn’t authorize. My sandwich was not good and definitely not worth the money.
I should have gone to Subway.

Great sandwich, staff was super nice and helpful. This location was spotless and you could tell they put effort into keeping it clean. The staff even opened the door for me when I was leaving! They also brought my sandwich to me at the table when it was done. I would definitely go back to this location again!

Food was great! A little pricey but worth it. Fresh and warm. Dining room needs cleanup, tables not wiped down but was after probable lunch rush.

This was my first time here. It wasn't the greatest experience, but not the worst. I'll probably go back again eventually. There are a lot of sandwich places to choose from.

The food was ok. But there was a homeless man walking around asking for money from customers. None of the staff said or did anything. I would not come back. It seemed like kids ran the store.
