We have frequented this location for over a year now. The last time we were there we noticed the music at 7am was loud, louder than any other time we had been there. Unpleasantly loud. The 1st time I asked that the music be turned down the waitress agreed that is was unusually loud and turned it down. This time we were told it was “corporate” policy and that they could not touch the volume. We won’t be back.

I ordered the Tri-Fecta with Bob’s Red Mill Cheese Grits. The food was only mediocre, kind of bland. I did not receive my bacon that is automatically included with the Tri-Fecta bfast.
I’ve been to a lot of First Watch’s in a lot of states and this was definitely the worst I have ever been to. I got the Million Dollar Potatoes and the potatoes and bacon were BURNT. Not just over done, but BURNT. I dont even know why someone would bring it to the table with it burned. The little girl who was our server needs a little more training, not only did she bring out burned food but wasn’t the most professional when talking to the table. Definitely won’t be back to this location anytime soon.

I love 1st Watch in other cities! Decided ti check out this location while in town. Service was subpar to say the least. I watched thinking it was only me...server never asked if we needed more coffee or juice? As for the food our order was incorrect. Overall...1st visit...last visit. Experience and taste are weighted the same for me🙂

Placed a to go order and waited an hour, just for my food to be sitting on the counter for 25 minutes…Very disappointing to wait so long for cold food. Was also missing items. I will NEVER be back
