That last two visits at this location have been horrible, sloppy made burgers and soggy fry’s. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Communication here is sooo bad! I came in for a pick up order. Took me 12 minutes once I accepted this order to get to the store. I’m the only customer in the store. Everyone’s looking at me like I’m a fool or something waiting for the pick up. NO ONES communicated to tell me they had the rest of the food coming. Took me asking for the rest of the food to be rudely told we’re waiting on more fries.
Edit:
I came back for a SECOND delivery order and you guys still failed me. The only people who get any respect in this store are not white. I’m about respecting ANYONE regardless of color and this store is crazy disrespectful.

No combo, have to buy burgers separate from fries. I've never had to pay for fries separate from my food.

It’s tucked away by the big Target, nearby Samford, so I thought it would have been more crowded. It actually was like the only business open in the strip it was in. Kinda creepy n cool at the same time. Great outdoor area to eat at if you want lunch outside. Cool find as far as secluded nice areas go. Food was top notch also. Can’t go wrong with 5 guys.

Food gets 1/5. Burger is completely flavorless and has absolutely no seasoning. That burger gave me depression. I will ONLY come here for fries. How dare you let me spend $50 on flavorless food!!! It was good once upon a time... what happened ? I'm getting a refund!

Really good but expensive. $14 for a single hamburger… no fries… no drink… and that’s before tip.

$25.64.. for a Bacon cheeseburger, fries and a drink.. it's a once every 3/4 months meal.. not really worth $25, it was good vs $16 at McDonald's
