Got a bowl with strawberries. They were rotten and squishy with a nasty taste. Came back asked for a refund or remake and they gave me another bowl with rotten fruit. I was being very polite with them so I’m very disappointed with the service I received

This is a great spot for lunch or a snack while shopping at The Summit! The fruit is fresh and delicious. There is seriously something magical about the bananas in particular. Plus, their rewards system is great - I feel like we earn something almost every time we visit. I recommend the Frutella bowl with an açaí base. I’ve also used Frutta Bowls for catering and had a great experience!

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the customer service. I experienced this at your restaurant on 4.2.25. During my visit, I ordered a drink that was missing key ingredients. When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, I was met with rude behavior from the management instead of a simple resolution. I believe that customers deserve to be treated with respect and that concerns should be addressed courteously and efficiently. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling unheard and dissatisfied. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer to ensure better experiences for patrons in the future.

Honestly, I like City bowl better and it may be because I'm used to the flavors. But this was also satisfying. I enjoyed my bowl. It was fresh and everything was made quickly.

Fast service, friendly staff, I didn't have any idea what I wanted but jaylen and Yyvon help me pick out a delicious smoothie....it seemed that the managers were hiding in the back when I told the girls in the front the trash in the bathroom and out front was full the managers l had the girls upfront stop what they were doing instead of picking up their weight.....as a manager in a restaurant I was highly disappointed in the management staff. Again the girls up front were attentive and very helpful. As manager myself in the same industry I would recommend a more interactive experience with the customers. Tips the ladies up front they were amazing!

The staff were nice, lady who took my order had a good attitude as I asked few questions to consider my order.
Dine in was nice.
The arrangement of the fruit made the difference, kiwi thinly sliced, banana was thinly sliced, mango cut well, and the layering from the base up was superb. Portions of granola…. just right amount.
I liked that the cool whip was in a separate container too, as I exchanged coconut flakes for cool whip.
Presentation as well as arrangement matters for taste and aesthetic.
Combo 2 special: Small Beach bowl with açaí base, remove coconut topping add cool whip topping & Avo toast!
Taste was so refreshing & delightful!
