Drive thru customer service is always amazing. The food is always top notch. Tbh, Full Moon is a strong contender in the bbq world around Birmingham. Tonight, I had collard greens that were probably the last in the pot. That means the greens had soaked up all the salt and seasonings and flavor ALL day which means.....they were bitter, too salty, and spicy! I couldn't enjoy them so I pecked at them but didn't finish. I tossed them in the receptacle when I got to the gas station. It's Friday and two hours before closing sooo whaddya gona do???♀️ I'll come back another time and order something else. Full Moon has the best ribs. Yum!

Wow! This place is fantastic. Great sports-themed atmosphere. Has a drive- thru or dine in option. Some of the best BBQ I've had, delicious Mac n Cheese and good portion sizes.

Holy heck batman!! We ran away from hurricane Milton and came to Birmingham. I've been here for 3 days and this was by far the best value, product, and quality food that we've had on the trip. The ladies behind the counter were nice and endearing to us. Southern hospitality at its finest. We had the pulled pork sandwiches, the 4 pc fried tender and the Big baker w pork. All of the pork was awesome. Their chicken tenders were perfectly fried and tender and juicy. My daughter now wants to move to Alabama so she can have access to the tenders on a weekly basis. Sportsemotabilia all over the inside makes eye wandering easy.

Went through the drive thru, the staff was great, the food was delicious and well prepared. The people at the drive thru were so nice I asked to speak to the mgr.(Mr. Compton, I think). All around great place.
