Stop #4 on Birmingham, AL brewery exploration. The breweries in Birmingham are huge. Tons of seating and lots of selection. Far cry from other places I’ve visited (300 plus breweries or so). Very good double IPA.
Visited 8 breweries in Birmingham/surrounding areas and Ghost Train was, by far, the best for several reasons. The beers are great and the staff is even better. They are super friendly and make sure you are taken care of. They also have the most amazing frozen cocktails. Highly recommend the peanut butter cup!
Swung through Birmingham this last weekend for a getaway and this brewery was exactly what I was looking for. Stopped by a few other breweries that underwhelmed and was set right by my stop here. Everything I tasted was on point, even their sours are excellent, a beer I typically despise. The staff were all super friendly and gave a ton of great recommendations.
