Would have been a 5 if the hostess wasn't so rude. She was complaining about "stupid" people while we were trying to enjoy our meal. Kind of dumb to put down the hand that feeds you. Maybe next time it will be a 5.

The service was very nice and attentive. I ordered the beef and lamb gyro. It was ok but not the best. My wife ordered the jammin burger. It was very very tasty.

I was a pretty frequent visitor of this restaurant but have decided I will no longer support this business due to the customer service I received. Be careful if you order through their door dash pick up. My boyfriend went to pick up an order I placed via door dash on Saturday, Dec 16. The girl at the counter claimed the order was not paid for and he ended up paying, so the order was paid for twice. The charge is on his card and my credit card, so a double charge. I went there in person after I got off work and not sure if it was the same girl at the counter or not but she was not too enthusiastic about helping me with this issue and didn’t even bother to go talk to the manager but claimed the refund was done and would be on the card within 5 business days. The refund is still not on the card. Sorry but the food is too expensive for such a lack of customer service and lack of care for their own mistake when they should have seen I had already paid for the food in the first place. I won’t be back.

This is one of our favorites. Very conveniently located to Chelsea and Hoover and Inverness and Vestavia, it’s an affordable Italian restaurant with high-quality food. The service is really good, everything on the menu is great, the place is beautiful, it’s just loud. I understand that it’s hard to dampen the noise at a restaurant, especially a popular restaurant, but it’s just something that takes away from perfection at this particular spot. We will continue to come here and continue to praise the food and service, and even prices, the volume level just had to be addressed.our party had pizza and eggplant casserole, and Caesar salad and bread pudding, All of which were fantastic. Our server did a great job keeping up with our drinks and making sure we had everything we needed. Great experience!

My family and I had a huge group of people for graduation and we booked a reservation for 16 people. The graduation ended early and we called and asked them if we could come an hour early and they were so sweet and let us come in! Service was perfect and everything on the menu is so amazing(especially the salmon)! Love this place so much!

I like its sister restaurant Amore so had to try this one. Good ambience but menu is limited specially if you are a vegetarian. Service could be more welcoming. Not very pleased with this one.

Pulled up at 8:09 pm when the door and google shows they close at 9:00pm The open sign was but when the we started to walk towards the door the employees ran a turned the lights off. This is not the way to do business in my opinion and as someone that has their own business and used to recommend this place as a local restaurant to go to I will no longer be recommending this restaurant.

Great food as always. Service a little slow tonight but that’s ok it was my wife’s birthday dinner and enjoyed with friends. They do need to change the music from Rick n roll to Italian music like Frank Sinatra.

Fantastic Italian food. If you're not wanting the white table cloth, dimly lit, heavy menu of some fancier Italian restaurants, this is your place. Large open room, attentive service, great food options, nice wine, and some unbelievable desserts. It's easily a weekly hangout place to meet friends.
