I ordered two cookie cakes online.
Went to Galleria at 5 today to pick them up. There were two guys working at the kiosk. Told one (African american one) my name. He looked and pulled one box with one cookie cake. I told him I had order for two. He asked the white older guy. The second looked around and told me he doesn’t see the second one. They did not express any apologies.
