Attempted to get cookies from American Cookies. As I was backing into a parking spot, a woman, who I later realized was an employee, pulled up behind me while honking her horn and blocked me from backing up completely into the parking spot. Mind you, there were plenty of parking spots available. In my mind, I thought she had an emergency and so I decided to move. Then I watched her walk in and go behind the counter to work. Very rude and unprofessional as I was a customer parking near the door. I will not return to this location again.

Love great American cookies. Strawberry cookie is my favorite one. You can also order online ahead and pickup a cookie cake for any occasion. It's attached with marble slab as well. Pretty good ice cream.

We ordered a giant cookie cake for our grandson's birthday. It was perfect. He and his friends loved it. The ice cream we got when we picked it up was a delicious bonus.

Cookies are my favorite when it comes to desserts besides ice cream cakes too but I got a red velvet cookie, a cookie with mixing on top and one of the big m&m cookies, one of the best in Trussville!

Went by around 7:30 this evening & they were already closing down when they close at 9. I was wanting ice cream but it was already closed.

Once again leaving a review on a food item only because of how bad it was. Ordered double doozie cookies. Delivered. First these cookies are ridiculously overpriced but I had them many years ago and they were pretty good then. However today the sorry excuse for cookies they sent me is worth a review. Did your employees step on these cookies before putting them in the sack? Here's an idea maybe put 6 of these delicate cookies in a box instead of a tiny paper sack that you couldn't fit an average apple inside of. Last time I'll ever order from this company Lazy workers ruining businesses. Look at my photo then check out the photo on the web of what they are supposed to look like, what a joke. Hire some employees that care perhaps 1% to deliver a half decent product but I know that's probably impossible these days.

They've made it where you now cannot order online. So I sent my husband there one day to see if he could get anything for that day. He came back and said they were very rude and they told him that you have to make an order, but he couldn't do it there. If I can't make an order in person or online then what? I don't think it's the company but instead the employees that work there.

They locked the doors 5 minutes before they closed and just stared at my 4 year old as he cried outside of the door when all he wanted was a cookie.

Store closes at 6pm. Arrive at 545 & was told we couldn't get mix ins because they are closing in 15 minutes. If you're open you should be fully operational until closing time.
