This restaurant shares great memories of birthdays and anniversaries. I hope Grille 29 comes back and be as vibrant and more since other restaurants are closed. With great parking and outdoor dining these features will be great assets to Birmingham entertainment.

Upon walking in I was greeted by the door hostess and she was very cordial. Trina or Tina was my bartender and server. She was also great, very helpful, informative, and attentive. She made my mimosa just right also. I had the shrimp and grits and although it was good, the corn threw me off lol. I got the fish and chips togo for someone else but I tried it. It was delicious!

Had a wonderful time at this Grille 29 location. The staff (hostess, manager, service) were awesome during my visit. The restaurant is clean, well lite and spacious. The food quality is amazing. I had the Classic Cub with french fries as a lunch meal. The sandwich was well prepared, seasoned fixed to perfection. I recommend this restaurant.

Shrimp & grits were the best! Would definitely order again. Warm yeast rolls melt in your mouth. Strawberry bread pudding to end the meal was delicious. Portion large enough for two.

Grilled Trout was very good ... moist not dry and lightly seasoned. It came with a wild rice and freshly steamed green beans. The rolls were made in house ... they were a nice small size and light in texture ... served with whipped butter. My brother got the grilled meatloaf and brown gravy with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans ... also good.

The food here is very good, as well as the atmosphere. The staff was also very friendly. One server in particular, Mason, was awesome. It was easy to tell he enjoyed his job. Overall very nice. Would come again.

The service started off horrible and we ended up having to switch servers. The manager made up for it with free apps and a muuuuch better server. Food was good as usual. A little pricey for the small portions but I'd definitely eat there again.

Great atmosphere! The food was amazing, and the service was top notch! We started with calamari, and it was tasty, then I ordered the ribeye, and it came out cooked to perfection and literally melted in my mouth. Best steak I’ve had in a while. My wife ordered the shrimp and scallops skewer, and she loved it as well. We finished with dessert. I had a triple layer chocolate dessert and the wife had creme brûlée and they were both awesome. Tim was our server, and he was definitely a pro! I recommend this place whole-heartedly. It was expensive, but not outrageous. You definitely get what you pay for!

We had reservations for a large family with little kids. Our server, Julie was amazing! She took such great care of us and was so friendly. Everyone ordered something different and everyone enjoyed their meal. Plenty of meat and seafood options.
