Before driving out to a friend's birthday party, we thought we'd stop in for a drink and a snack. The rooftop bar looked inviting so we walked up to check it out. After speaking to the bartender, we went to find a host. After a bit of roaming, she eventually found a small patio table and seated us there. We ordered an Old Fashioned and a Botanical Spritz. Both drinks were decent but nothing special, especially considering they are among the most expensive cocktails in town at $17 each. My Old Fashioned was too watered down and lacked the boozy classic bourbon taste the drink is known for. My date did enjoy her drink. We ordered the Burrata for our snack because the description sounded tasty. This is what the menu still says two days later: Grilled Peach, Benton's Ham, Basil, Saba, Chili. But when it arrived, I noticed the "peaches" didn't look or taste like peaches. When we asked about it, we discovered they were persimmons and in season, so that's why the switch. There was also no chili on the dish. So, it was a completely different flavor and texture from the dish described. Again it was good but not great nor what we ordered. The place itself is beautiful and the fall weather makes it a lovely spot to have an evening drink, but neither the cocktails nor food we had are up to the standard at other high end bars and restaurants we frequent. Too bad, because that patio is really nice.

Really loved my experience here. Expensive, but in my frugal mind, it’s worth it. Started with the pickled shrimp, which isn’t pickled but has an amazing flavor. I almost fell over I enjoyed it so much. Then we had the “seeded yeast rolls“ which was sweet like a doughnut, but great flavor. For entrées we had the Wagyu ribeye which was excellent and cooked perfectly. Also had the golf Coast prawns. Everything was excellent, and we sat outside and had a beautiful view. Bryan, our waiter was an excellent communicator and kept us posted as the meal progressed. He’s been doing it 30 years

Spent a day in Birmingham before our flight back to Dallas. Found Habitat after visiting the Botanical gardens. Stopped in on Sunday, food was great and so was the service. Bethany walked us through the menu and made great suggestions on entrees. So much food by the time the entrees arrived we couldn’t eat even half and then they brought out desert! Would recommend it and will have Habitat and the Grand Bohemian as a destination next time we are in town.

This was an amazing experience. I choose here to celebrate my best friend birthday. I haven't been here in years. I absolutely love everything! The waitress was so openly friendly and pleasant. The staff were friendly. The young man that seated us was so kind. Amazing as always!!

We had breakfast and enjoyed the meat omelet. Presentation was nice and the proportions were great. Great service and looking forward to coming back again next trip.

Omelet and pancakes are not on the list of items below yet, btw.

We went here for our anniversary on Sunday. It was $39 per person for brunch which was a four course meal. IT WAS AMAZING! Worth every penny. The service was incredible and the food was out of this world. We were super pleased with the cost and food.

Each and every part of this establishment is well thought out from the menus to the decor and design. Perfect place for a romantic brunch date. The portion sizes are perfect! I had the 3rd Coast Omelette and my husband had the Chicken & Biscuit with a side of Conecuh sausage and a sunny side up egg. Every bite was delicious and has me wanting more already.

The food had lots of potential but the staff were overwhelmed with delivering food to the hotel which we could see from where we sat. Fine dining prices but not a fine dining environment.

Food was disappointing. The online menu needs to be updated when changed. We went expecting the menu that was posted and that was not even close to what the choices were. Do not order the chicken fried bacon. Our server was OUTSTANDING.

The food was wonderful! Fresh and delicious! The service we got from Bethany was special ! Ask for her! She did a wonderful job! I have bad food allergies, and the manager Don made sure that everything I ate was healthy for me. They have made my day! Thank you to manager DON and the entire staff! I’ll see you tomorrow!

Apitizers were good as well as fish. Service slow we had to ask for refills and new utensils after our appetizers. This should have be taken care of without asking. We were disappointed overall with experience.
