I don't understand what all the hoopla is about this place for a burger. I stopped here a couple of times, the first time I was totally disappointed, so I went back a second time just to give it an honest opinion. Really not impressed at all. Noisy atmosphere, terrible service at the counter and the food really is below par to me and I actually was still hungry when I left so the portion of the burger was really small compared to most, I even would prefer Whataburger for a bigger burger and Wendys for better tasting burger. I suppose if you are in a hurry and on that side of the highway heading in the right direction to turn in and really really hungry you may think more of it. Sorry Hamburger Heaven but I won't be back.

The hamburgers tasted like something you would eat at a cookout. The meat was smaller than the bun and looked nothing like the photos. The price was definitely not worth what you got. We were from out of town and decided to give this place a try and my wife and I both said that if we lived here it would be a one and done.

when you order a double patty cheese burger and pay $14 for large drink and large fries and you get a single soggy and no cheese with small fries and the guy at the register doesn't hide that he just doesn't want to be at work .... thats when I should have turned around and walked out cause the food I threw away cause it mostly definitely sucked ass .... people don't waist yalls money eating at that location

They make the quicky bowls up ahead and they get cold by the time you eat them should be made up fresh so they are hot
This place is trash compared to the one in Homewood. Everytime I come here the food is cold, the crew is always irritated, and the place smells like roaches. Trust me, just drive to homeood or eat elsewhere if you're expecting the quality of Homewoods hamburger heaven
