I didn't get a receipt, my order was wrong and the drink put out carbonated water. I tried to call and no one answered the phone . Highly dissatisfied. By the time I saw this I was already on the freeway.

On November 7, 2021 I placed an order online via the Hardee’s app. When I pulled to the drive through speaker, I was told that my order could not be completed because they did not have a cook. I asked about canceling my order and the young lady said that I had to do that through the app. I could not. I filed a complaint with Hardee’s through their web page. I have not heard back from them. …BUT THE CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD WENT THROUGH. The app showed my order as “completed” two days ago, which it was not. Now the order is not showing on the app at all. I have disputed this charge. But until it is settled with my card holder, I am out the money on a fraudulent charge. Customer beware!

I tend to forget how much better Hardee's is as compared to the other fast food joints. Their burgers are REALLY good.

I don't know how this place got to 3 stars? I love Hardees Swiss Mushroom - the best! But, I couldn't get one today, because this location was closed from 11-11:30??? Went to the drive-thru, wait for a couple minutes, then she came on and said "we're closed for 30 more minutes". I said, excuse me? She said they are closed to swap out breakfast for lunch. I said, so your CLOSED until 11:30??? She said, yes, we have to change over. WHO/WHAT restaurant closes from 11-11:30... any restaurant, let alone a fast-food chain? Absolutely STUPID! They cannot possible have a manager in charge during this - if there is, they should be fired! I went across the street to a local place and gave them my $20!

If you want a ghetto feel, come to this hardees. The manager at window will make you feel an inch small. Bad attitude and bad food. No wonder you don't have cars in your driveway

I always get the steak egg and cheese biscuit and a lot of times I'll even add biscuit and gravy absolutely love Hardee's breakfast
Bought a mushroom swiss burger and it had two top buns, one with sesame seeds, and the other brioche. The hell??? Anyway, I'm surprised that's all they messed up because the lady running drive thru was on her phone the entire time. I was almost impressed with how well she did everything one-handed. Fries were half of and cold, and half hot out the grease. Talk about a weird drive thru experience.

Fresh but Salty tenders, extra salty fries is not what I ordered. Worker was on her phone at the window. It was like my order was rushed. Not only that, went one night for my lunch break store was closed too early at 9pm light's were completely dark no service that night and online it showed closes at 10pm I was disappointed.

Waited 10 minutes after I ordered at the drive through for them to actually put in my order with no one else in line. The manager (who was on drive through and took my order) was in the parking lot talking to someone in a public transportation bus the entire time.Then the manager went inside and around to the window to re-ask me what my order was.I did finally get my food after an additional 10 minutes.Food was pretty good but I was expecting some sort of dipping sauce with my tenders.

I love hardees food. I dont know how but theres a huge difference between the quality of food at Hoover Hardees and Airport Hardees. I will wait toll I get to Hoover hardees from now on.
