I took a late lunch around 2pm, came through the drive thru. Was met with a typed out sign saying they were temporarily closed for a few hours. Ended up going to the new circle k way down the road so I wouldn’t be too late returning from my short late lunch.

I truly love Hardee's..In my community we don't have one so when I'm out and see one, I have to stop.. This Hardee's is a half mile from my work place and I trys to stop.. And for the service is concerned The service is very poor.. Employees who don't have friendly attitudes.. And far as the food is concerned,it depends on who's working.. Sometimes the food is not fresh but have been sitting around, the place is not always busy when I stop so there shouldn't be no reason why anyone food is not fresh... If it doesn't look good to you then don't serve it to someone else..

So...where do I start. First I am told no seasoning for the candied bacon. Okay, fine. I'll get a regular Frisco burger. Then told they are having problems with their speaker and to come inside...okay but you could just have me pull around to the window but no. Then...after waiting for 30 mins you give me my food which I then take home. Only to discover my regular Frisco burger is made wrong with no tomatoes barely toasted and my fires taste like you made them this morning. Please just do better...I happen to like Hardee's and there are literally only 3 in the area and the other two are kinda out of the way. Future me thanks you!

Update 2 years later. Still careless, order a Zero, get a regular Coke, for a diabetic... 3 strikes and you are crossed off the map for my family. Nobody reached out on the previous two reviews so I am not inclined to jump through any hoops or fill out a web form. The lack of care up to the top is evident.

Oh where do I start. I watched some guy laugh at a dude applying, after he left, and just throw his application away, saying racist things about "crackers" a few years ago... My ex was there and saw it too.

Fast forward to today, the second chance I gave... I showed up in the drive thru on the way home for breakfast. Ordered a #6. Simple, right?!

Redbeard guy tells me to pull up by the sign, that hashbrowns were cooking. He didn't tell me to pull into the parking space. Manager comes out and snaps, pull into the parking place. So I did.

I sat there watching drive thru customers, about 10 of them, being served while I waited. I got tired of waiting, so I went inside.

The manager picks up the food sitting in the holding area, puts it in the bag and hands it to me. Same manager. I tell her that redbeard told me to pull up, not to park in the spot. She says "Sorry" in a "oh well" type tone.

Now, considering that this was hash browns, you can't tell me that the 10 customers behind me didn't order hash browns. Not statistically plausible. If the guy at least lied and said "The chicken is cooking," then I would have understood, because that takes what, 8 minutes to cook? I did hang out for a little too long even then, but I would not have been quite as upset watching the people behind me getting their food.

This said, go to the hwy 31 one instead. This one really sucks. Facebook reviews have them at like a 2.
