After leaving McDonald's without food due to terrible service, I had an amazing experience in the drive thru at this location. This was only my second time here, but Nicole was outstanding. The food was hot, fresh, and her customer service skills were superb. As a person who's spent over 25 years in food service from fast food to casual dining, from Heart of the House to Front of the House and upper management, Nicole is a rare find and I know great people when I come across them. She even came out into the freezing cold to return my debit card that I accidentally left it. If she is not a member of management, she should be. If she's hourly, she definitely is deserving of a significant raise. It is not often that you can find someone who has passion for food and service anymore, and her attention to detail on every aspect of my order was top notch. Also, whoever the cook was, I give them kudos as well. 10/10.

Normally the service is great and the food is always good except today I went through the drive thru and my total came to $19 and change when I got to the window I was told $23 and change. When I questioned them about it they corrected it to $13 and change. ? After that my order was wrong. How hard can it be to understand no cheese, ketchup ONLY?

honestly just poor workers, they don't care enough to listen. Told them three times no mayo and even went back in for another one with the same problem. I don't really know, I just know that i should get what i order if im paying 20+ for a single person.

Ordered online twice in last month. Great service both times. I wish I knew the young lady's name...so sweet and kind. Best customer service I've gotten since I moved to Alabama 3 years ago. She works the drive thru in evening. Thank you for being so kind.

This Hardee’s is amazing! The restaurant was super clean, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I ordered a sausage biscuit, and it was fresh, fluffy, and absolutely delicious. The best Hardee’s I’ve ever been to!

WORSE PLACE EVER!!! If your expecting good friendly service this is NOT the place to choose. Don't order off the app and the restaurant refuse to make your food. There's no real customer service, and they will send emails saying someone will contact you, and upper management will issue a refund. Hasn't happened and it's been over a week. The employees and managers are too lazy to do their job. Advertising says breakfast until 12. I ordered around 10:05 and was at the restaurant around 10:30 and was told they were out of breakfast and wouldn't make my food. They lied about it all. When I pulled up I told them I had an app order I was asked my name and told to pull around. When I got to the window I was told my order can't be filled because they were out of breakfast items and wouldn't be fixing anymore. She then proceeded to tell me she never got my order after I showed her what time I ordered on my phone. How would she had known my order if she didn't get it ?. The manager that claimed her name was Ms. White which was probably a lie bc she refused to give her 1st name or the lying employees name that acted like she was the manager at 1st were rude. The fake manager wanted to say it was me because I called them out on their lies.
