WORSE PLACE EVER!!! If your expecting good friendly service this is NOT the place to choose. Don't order off the app and the restaurant refuse to make your food. There's no real customer service, and they will send emails saying someone will contact you, and upper management will issue a refund. Hasn't happened and it's been over a week. The employees and managers are too lazy to do their job. Advertising says breakfast until 12. I ordered around 10:05 and was at the restaurant around 10:30 and was told they were out of breakfast and wouldn't make my food. They lied about it all. When I pulled up I told them I had an app order I was asked my name and told to pull around. When I got to the window I was told my order can't be filled because they were out of breakfast items and wouldn't be fixing anymore. She then proceeded to tell me she never got my order after I showed her what time I ordered on my phone. How would she had known my order if she didn't get it ?. The manager that claimed her name was Ms. White which was probably a lie bc she refused to give her 1st name or the lying employees name that acted like she was the manager at 1st were rude. The fake manager wanted to say it was me because I called them out on their lies.

I really have tried with this location. And I was excited to be near a Hardee's again. But, I feel like too often, even when breakfast is supposed to be offer until noon, I'll show up on plenty of time, to order something, and I can only choose from whatever crap that have left over. This most recent time I ordered a hand breaded chicken Biscuit at like 11:15, keep in mind they make the hand breaded chicken all day, and was told I could choose from some scraps they had left. No offer of "would you like something else from the lunch menu instead" just a "have a nice day" when I didn't want any of the crap they offered to me. It's sad, because I REALLY like Hardee's, but I'm honestly just thinking of having to go without again, and just not going back to this location, unless they get it together.

Rushing to hit the hwy to GA & noticed there’s a Hardee’s nearby so I opened their mobile app to place a order. Jumped off the hwy pulled up to the drive and sat for like 4 mins. Pulled to the window waited again and thought they were closed until I seen someone cooking eggs. I tapped on the window and the cook looked then tried to hide. The cook then looked around the corner still trying to hide smh & pointed to someone then pointed to at me. A manager ( I’m guessing ) walked from the dinning area looking like she was sleep walks to the window and mentioned they’re not open yet due to being behind and I mentioned my mobile order, she replied well, it’ll be 30mins. I can’t wait that long! This all took placed maybe around 6:10am. I’ll never used mobile order for this place again because I’ve never received my food nor my kesef back. The app reads the order was completed. That’s a lie! They stole my money! I’ve sent emails to Hardees no responses! Customer services sucks corporate wise and this location!

I'm a truck driver and can't go through a drive-thru so I parked my rig and decided to walk in only to find out that the entire Lobby doors were locked. Yet there were a parking lot full of cars. It looked to me like the employees would rather talk inside then serve customers.

Lobby closed for no reason on an early morning breakfast run. 5 cars means at least 5 employees there at that time, but door locked. Went through drive thru with not a "Good Morning", "Thank You", nothing. Just handed food out of the window and slammed it shut. I hate they aren't morning people with morning jobs, but surely they can do a little better. Hardee's you lost a LOT of business this morning as we watched people walk to the door, pull it and find it locked, and just leave. Your employees need retraining or you need new ones. This needs to be handled.
Go somewhere else for breakfast people, like Jack's.

Well this location is pretty much in the hood seems kind of iffy why can I get shot sitting there in the parking lot but they eventually will take your order and eventually it'll give you your food

I am happy that breakfast hrs were extended to noon but it does no good at this store. An hour and a half left of breakfast and you can only get what's in the bin BULLCRAP!!!!! Not happy with this location over half the time the dining room is closed too. Can't even call corporate because they've turned off voice-mail to get messages. Apparently Hardee's doesn't worry about customers. Can't go online either because it won't let you pick the store unless it's in Tennessee. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

First was greeted with how everyone loves her Customer Service and how EVERYONE was tipping her today. We ordered 2 steak biscuits and 1 hash round. The biscuits were hard and crunchy and shattered. Mine was pieced together like a jigsaw puzzle put together by a 1 yr old. The steak was overcooked and dry. The hash rounds had obviously been started before the oil came up to temperature. They were stuck together in one GREASY lump and were falling apart when dumped. The grease was literally dripping from the box. The final insult was that everything was cold - not room temp - COLD. We tried to feed this insult to our neighbor's dog, who is malnourished. EVEN A STARVING DOG REFUSED TO EAT IT!

I forget how we were greeted at the drive thru, but it wasn't good. I asked to try two of the wraps. " We ain't got no more wraps" I was told. Then my wife asked for a breakfast platter with cheese in the grits. She also wanted cheese in the eggs. I forget exactly what she said, but I wanted the same thing. All we got was " Drive around ". No total or thank you. Seem like she was mad because we added the order. Got to the window " 17.09" She said. Closed the window halfway and was saying something. She seemed angry. Opened the window, gave me my card and the receipt without looking at us. Closed the window halfway again with more of the same. She gave us our food, didn't say a word. I was disappointed yet again. I stopped patronizing Hardee's long before the remodel because of this same kinda stuff. The only places in the area you get good customer service is Chick-Fil-a and Arby's.
To top it off, didn't give me grits. Had two steak biscuits instead. The name on the receipt was Rokiece W. Won't be back.

I have been here a few times over the past few weeks, and I am very impressed. Cashier/drive thru service was very pleasant, and the line was short, food was hot, and the service was amazing! ? Great job.
