Caroline really makes this Hattie B’s a wonderful experience right from the very start! She is kind and is so helpful explaining the menu! First impression 11/10! I ordered the sandwich with a side of bacon grits and both were fantastic! I would highly recommend coming here if you visit Nashville. On the flip side, if you ever happen to find yourself in Maine, come visit me at Morning Moose Coffee! You won’t be disappointed!
I was in the Nashville location on 1/28 during my visit to the area. It was packed but everything moved quickly, efficiently and the staff was so very friendly to everyone. That didn’t stop just at the start but all throughout our time there. The lady helping us (her name was Isis, I believe) even followed back up with us on something. I really enjoy spicy food but this one was even a little bit too much for me. Despite that, still glad to see a hot chicken joint that that's actually hot.
