This place is AMAZING!!!! I just happened to see it driving by and stopped to grab a quick snack! I'll be going back with my children! The staff was PHENOMENAL!! the caramel cake is THE BEST IVE EVER EATEN!!
A sweet friend dropped off a box of the most delicious, incredible, scrumptious pastries that I have ever eaten!!!!!!
My son was visiting and the two of us said that we hadn’t ever tasted anything like these homemade bakery goods.
I had considered hiding some of them away so that he wouldn’t eat them all when I wasn’t looking.
These are the things that dreams are made of!

I’ve been looking for a bakery shop since I’ve moved and this one definitely is wonderful. I had a cinnamon roll which was light and flakey instead of hardened like many bakeries. My bf tried the ham and cheese croissant and coffee ice cream. Both were fantastic, but I still favor the cinnamon roll. We definitely will be coming to try more of their options. For anyone looking for a menu I’m uploading here!
Parking: The parking is a little troublesome because of the location being connected to other popular restaurants but it is worth it!

10/10 doesn’t even do this bakery justice. The best blueberry cream cheese danish I’ve ever eaten. I almost walked back in to buy a second one!

this is the best bakery I’ve tried in Birmingham. Their pastries are flaky, airy, and buttery. It’s indescribable how good they are.

This tiny bakery has some great pastries and coffee (not a lot of choices for the latter, but the choice they had was delicious), and is a real asset to the neighborhood. I really need to drop in more often! Note: no room for seating, so takeout only, though I think there is one small cafe table outside.

The owner was a sweetheart & was chatting with his mama when I walked in. I love family run businesses! It's a cozy little place tucked away in the middle of a neighborhood in a random strip mall. The cinnamon roll is made with a laminated dough (like croissants), so that's why it's flat. But it's SO good - flaky, chewy, buttery & just sweet enough. I also had the cookies & cream ice cream. If you're used to artificial flavors & corn syrup overload you will be disappointed. They had caramel cake that I'll definitely need to try next time, but I've got enough thickness in these thighs. They are also military friendly. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in town.

A remarkable gem in Crestline Park, chocolate croissants are especially delicious and the blueberry muffins are remarkable. Cookies, cake slices-everything is outstanding.
Amazing! Delicious! Addictive!I cannot get enough of the pastries from Hello Bakery. The pies we got for Thanksgiving were the best ever (don’t tell my grandmother).

Let me just start off by saying, what an amazing bakery. I love pastries so much so I got a cream cheese Danish, an apple cream cheese Danish, and a cinnamon roll because I always love a good cinnamon roll. This is by far one of the best cream cheese danishes I've ever had in my life. I would have never thought to add apple filling to the cream cheese Danish, but it works perfectly and is so amazing! almost like a apple pie cheesecake...so so divine! thank you so much for your wonderful pastries and I will definitely be back soon! :)
