The service was amazing, she was very friendly and awesome at her job. Drinks were outstanding. Had the Bahama Mama, Watermelon Jolly Rancher (kids) and wife had one of their donuts.

This place so was clean and amazing. Dee was very welcoming with a good spirit. I had a protein waffle with pecans and graham crackers and it was the best protein waffle I ever had. Very fulfilling! They had several shakes and teas I can’t wait to try when I go back. Everything is made fresh to order only takes about 5-10 mins, but that time flies when you’re talking to Dee lol. The place was amazing, very welcoming in the store! I got a chunky monkey which have banana and peanut butter, and also 24 grams of protein very good!

The owners took the time to thoroughly explain the benefits of the smoothies and teas, and it was such great information. I went in to quickly buy our 17 year old a tea, and ended up staying 30 minutes after purchasing prepackaged and prepared teas and smoothies. It was all delicious and nutritious.

Tried this place for first time after my husband stumbled onto it when doing physical therapy. The protein shakes were amazing and went back later for a loaded tea which was great also. The husband and wife duo were awesome and very knowledgeable about products and providing suggestions. Will be back!!!
