Stopped by the Hoover location at 9:30am on a Sunday with my toddler and a baby on my hip. Donuts are good… but I had to wait while they took orders from 3 more guests after I placed my order and paid. He started placing my order of 1 dozen in the box then stopped to continue taking orders. Finally finished the order when I walked back up after a few minutes and asked if they were ready…. Which is odd because they are donuts that are ready and sitting in the display case.
When I got out to the car I looked to give my toddler a donut and realized he didn’t even include the correct selections. Disorganized and lacked good service. They were not short staffed… just need better organization. Would have expected more at the price you pay.

Hero Doughnuts is a cool spot right across from Railroad Park. I stopped in yesterday for a few doughnuts and they were absolutely delicious—the blueberry doughnut was one of the best I’ve ever had.
The service was a little slow, but the taste more than made up for it. I grabbed a couple and took them across the street to enjoy in the park—perfect balance of sweets and relaxation. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area!

My husband and I go here at least a few times month on the weekends and every time we have a wonderful experience. The staff are super nice and welcoming and the food is amazing.
The donuts may be pricey but it definitely worth it. They always give my puppy a treat when we sit outside too!

Came to this spot after seeing it as we were on our way to Tay’s Tea.
I wanted to see what “handmade” doughnuts were…sure sure…I just wanted to check it out! Found that they had an egg and cheese sandwich in which the egg could be fried or folder. The fried egg was GREAT, the brioche was soft and delicious, and happy to have stopped in. We also tried one that had their fried chicken- great on the batter, chicken portion was generous, and overall juicy!

I got there late to get some donuts but the young lady that served with a chocolate milkshake had a very great attitude.

Huge shoutout to the team at Hero Doughnuts! I ran into a small issue with my order. Not only were they super friendly and understanding, but they also went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly right. You can really tell they care about their customers. I’ll definitely be back — thanks again for the amazing service!

Donuts taste good. They are light, fresh and the icing has a good flavor. I didn't feel stuffed after eating the donut.
