Elegant room; maitre de service. Wine list well curated, not super expensive. Breads-- a house sourdough, sour as it should be and well done. A decent light corn muffin. Tried a potato leek soup. While a good bisque (a little creme fraiche in there), advertised black truffle shavings had no depth of flavor. Main veal medallions over baby spinach (perfect), roasted garlic heads, polenta. We sat at the bar because this restaurant was booked for weeks. We got Great service! Fast, efficient service, and the food was fantastic! Shrimp cocktail appetizer, Triple tail with ratatouille, Red Snapper with Zucchini pancake. It was awesome and the guy even offered to take a picture of us, he didn't have to do that, but it showed real hospitality, we were very impressed!
