I was craving some wings while driving from Huntsville đ to Birmingham đď¸. Since Hooters wings are my all-time fave, it was a no-brainer where to stop. I just had to get my fix! Nothing beats their wings, am I right? I'm so bummed that some of my favorite spots are closing down đ. It's tough seeing places I love disappear. Shoutout to Amya, the best waitress ever! My husband and I went here on 1/13 after a medical procedure which was around lunch time. Trash was overflowing outside, booths were dirty with trash and food on the tables and floor, and the restroom was disgusting with poop and in the toilet. We later found out the manager was sitting in the lobby on his laptop.

We placed a pickup order around 10:20pm, the order was to be ready and picked up at 10:45. When my husband arrived at 11:00 our food was not ready. He says the staff was playing around in the kitchen and was very unprofessional. Once the food was received, he brought my food to my job about 13 minutes away. The fries and onion rings were cold and hard. (I have had this exact meal brought to my job several times, and it has NEVER been cold) The fish sandwiches were supposed to be fileted grilled cod, and the fish was broken into pieces and was so dry. It looked so unappetizing that I didn't even attempt to eat mine. I tried to call the restaurant but did not get an answer. Im highly disappointed. I went my entire shift without eating, and we wasted money and time. I plan on returning to the restaurant tomorrow for a refund.

The reviews on other websites arenât wrong. & wouldnât be surprised if they take down my reviews as most restaurants that canât handle real reviews do. Seen horrible reviews & they werenât kidding! Menus were dirty and old. Servers were just sitting around talking like there wasnât any customers(me and others waiting)to be seated. Cooks walking around, beer tasted like metal & wasnât cold. Look at this picture of the bathroom & think how your food is going to come out. Food inspection needs to shut this place down & hooters needs new management

Smallest wings I've ever seen!!! Too expensive, still hungry after 15 tiny wings... Service was super slow even though was not busy. Never going back to a Hooters again!!
