Usually I don't have any issues with customer service, but tonight was disappointing. I asked for a slice of cheesecake and waited over 10 minutes to be acknowledged by one of the two reps.
They were conversing with their backs to the window. I wanted to treat myself to a cheese cake slice and went to the drive-thru because I thought it would be quick.
Instead, I had to blow the horn to get someone's attention. Wasn't cool being ignored. Didn't enjoy my experience and I regret buying the cheesecake because of the unnecessary wait.
I do hope you both enjoyed your conversation over accessing the needs of the people who want to buy from you.

I order chicken and fries a 10 piece combo. Everything taste like fish and shrimp. I’m allergic to fish plus my face broke out in hives immediately. Had to go to the hospital because I couldn’t breathe. Save your money don’t go here. People walking up to my car showing their body parts asking for $3.00. Worst experiences ever

I Ordered a 10 piece and a House fried rice with no mushrooms , and the food was extremely greasy , I called for a refund and they said they don’t issue refunds

I love this location Hot Spot the people are very nice and accommodating to their customers. I come here almost every morning. They serve the full menu all day except for breakfast. I always get their wings. The cook on the wings is better than a lot of other wing spots it’s just right. The vibes are good the people are great and the food it’s amazing. Please come and check it out you won’t regret it !!!
