I'd seen their signs and ads saying that Hotspot had boba tea now and wasn't really expecting much in the way of variety but I think this might be the best selection of jellies, popping pearls, and drink options themselves that I've ever seen in one store! I went in the morning and wanted something caffeinated and decided to try the cafe cloud (I'll post a pic of the menu for what's in it!) it was absolutely delicious and there were so many coffee jellies...
My husband and I tried out their Boba tea. He had the Caramel and I had the espresso flavor. Very good flavor and the tapioca pearls were cooked perfectly. Just long enough to have some give, but not so long that they become too soft. We plan to stop in again soon to try some of the other flavors!
Hotspot Boba Tea in Hoover is a hidden gem! The shop has such a welcoming atmosphere—clean, cozy, and modern, making it the perfect spot to hang out with friends or get some quiet time with a drink. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and patient when explaining all the different options on the menu.
