The House of Found Objects is an oasis. Not only is the owner a gem, the service is impeccable and the cocktails are perfectly concocted. I haven’t found a better place to imbibe than HOFO. Truly a needle in the haystack.

I can't write enough great things about this place, I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. I visited last night and my experience was incredible. The atmosphere of this bar is so cool and eccentric, which is what makes it so intriguing. The service was fantastic, our server was very attentive. The owner was walking around frequently and just as attentive to guests. He brought the iPad playing music on Spotify to our table for us to DJ for the room we were in - music is so important to me and I felt like this aspect of the night made my experience so much better. The owner truly understands how to execute a personalized customer experience. I can tell he is very in tune, pays attention, and knows his audience. I would love to pick his brain sometime. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone and HIGHLY encourage you to go experience this bar. I can't wait to come back! Thank you for a wonderful time!

House of Found Objects has typically been a favorite for my wife me. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our last visit. We ran into an old friend we haven’t seen in years at the bar and wanted to catch up for a minute. The owner approached us and asked us to move out of the way which we understood however, as we were trying to wrap up our conversation he came back through and rudely urged us again to move out of the way. We’ve spent quite a good bit of money in this establishment and don’t appreciate being treated that way. We will not be returning and will no longer recommend this establishment.

I took my sister here last night after we left an event we had gone to earlier that night. I loved Atomic when it was around, and I had one of my best dates there. So when I originally came to House of Found Objects (HoFO), I kept comparing it to that date and it didn’t quite live up. It was still such a cool environment that I knew my sister would love it. A different experience and expectation was exaclty what I needed to get a fresh read on the bar. We. Had. A. BLAST! We sat in the lower level, red-room and played a game while we waited for our drinks. Our server was Cat and she was so nice, helpful, and upbeat. The music choices were top notch and the drinks were delicious and adorable! The bubble machines overhead came on twice while we were there, which was so unexpected and fun. We made sure to hop in the photo booth/video booth before we left for a chance at being on the big screen. I can’t wait to go back and show other friends this amazing spot. Thanks for a good time HoFO! You make Birmingham even cooler!

Parking: If your lucky you'll get a free spot along the street otherwise you'll need to pay for a parking lot

The servers are always so welcoming and helpful, as well as the owner (who you'll see walking around taking care of the place often). Drinks are fun and fairly priced, plenty of games, unique atmosphere, plus a few surprises around the corner ?, it's just a whimsical little spot. Can't wait to see how this place continues to grow ♥️
