Came here for lunch with my coworkers. The server was very nice and informed us that this restaurant was family owned and had been here since the late 90s. And the food and flavors certainly show this. I had the Mongolian beef with hot sour soup and crab ragoons which were amazing! Will be back

The food was horrible. Our normal Chinese restaurant in Mt Laurel is closed on Sunday and my son wanted Chinese for the game. I threw mine completely away. Years ago was my favorite but about 5 years ago took a turn for the worse. This was my yearly chance to see if it had changed. It did, worse than ever. I hate it because I know restaurants are struggling but I could not even eat my food.

Food was awful no taste everything bland my daughter loves lo mein noodles and sesame chicken she complained I ordered kung po chicken and lo mein noodles as well. Just moved to Birmingham area and was told this place was good and obviously not spent $49 on food for me and my daughter to throw away my Rotty wouldn’t even eat it. Never go back here again overprice for bad food..

The best Asian food and service around! The Dragon and Phoenix is my go-to with brown rice. Yum! My husband loves the sweet and sour chicken. Service is always friendly and fast!

My wife & I have been sick all weekend. We've had the laziest weekend relaxing under comfy blankets & ordering from DoorDash. Today we ordered lunch from Hunan Cuisine. I was happy to see Shrimp Toast on their menu. Shrimp toast is one of my favorite appetizers, but it's not particularly easy to find. Hunan Cuisine's is very good. Lovely crisp texture. I ordered the Orange Beef featuring fried beef in a sweet & spicy orange sauce with orange peel. Overall, I enjoyed this dish. It was maybe a touch too sweet, but the meat was of good quality. Served with an egg roll & rice. My wife had the Shrimp Lo Mein. This was a very simple version served with just shrimp, noodles (that I don't think were lo mein noodles) & very few julienned veggies. She said it had good flavor, but the noodles were overcooked. It was served with rice, which I found kind of bizarre. I can't tell you anything about Hunan Cuisine's atmosphere, as we've only gotten takeout from here a few times. I do recommend it for takeout. Service via DoorDash has always been great. They've always gotten our orders right.

I don’t get the 1 stars at all. This place has my favorite Kung Pao Chicken. No one comes close. It’s always super hot when I order. Egg rolls are great. I’ve never been disappointed.

Worst Chinese food in Birmingham. We were excited to try a new place but ended up disappointed. The sautéed broccoli, lo mein, and won ton soup were all terrible. Would not recommend this to anyone.

The food was outstanding. The batter is very light. Nothing seemed greasy. The egg rolls may be the best I have ever had. It was my first time to try Almond Chicken. It was very good. Their egg drop soup was a big hit for my vegetarian daughter. She especially liked that there was some tofu in it. A great option for Chinese food.
