Terrible experience. Multiple orders placed and then cancelled, with the blame put on the restaurant for being closed. I contacted the restaurants and they were open. Don’t blame the restaurants for your screwups, ICD!

They cancelled our order TWICE tonight because "the restaurants aren't open". We called Sitar and Surin and -- SURPRISE -- they were still open. All we got out of it was a $5 credit and ~$80 frozen on our credit card for the next 3-5 business days

Just don't even bother. It was time that the food was estimated to arrive and I received a call from customer service saying they did not have enough drivers and that it would be an extra 20 minutes. If they knew it they did not have enough drivers to begin with, why wait an hour to contact me? Now I know that when my food gets to me, it's going to be cold and has probably been sitting for about an hour. Also, its been more than an extra 20 minutes. I ordered my food at 2:45, and it's not 4:40 and it's just now in transit.
