Waiting 45+ minutes for an ONLINE order. Employees at the counter were ignoring everyone & we noticed people who ordered food at the register way after we arrived were getting served first. My MILKSHAKE WAS MELTED AND WAS OFFERED NO REFUND!! Will never return! Worker yelling and slamming food is ridiculous.

I only like Jack's for breakfast, I'm not much of a burger person. The breakfast is usually great, but you do have to check your order to make sure everything is correct.
Was at City Hall protesting the murder of Jabari Peoples by Homewood Police. Their cars and presence was disgusting and made Jack's not a safe place for me to eat.
