Breakfast is always on point
The drive through speaker at this location has been needing maintenance for years. I can never hear what they are saying and have to repeat my order at the window every time.. I’m disappointed since the jacks headquarters is 10 miles away..
Associate had a bad attitude will not be coming back
Make sure you get a receipt AND check what is in your bag at the drive-thru. I ordered a sausage link biscuit and disapointingly received only a biscuit and no sausage! My fault on the receipt so I have no recourse - but folks need to slow down and make sure they receive their meal order correctly. Personally, this isn't the first time this has happened at the Homewood Jacks. Something similar happened the last time I went there a couple of years ago. This reminded me why I haven't returned.
This is the second time I went to this location and my order was wrong and attitudes were horrible.
Little slow at lunch tush but food was good.
The staff is very absent minded. They should know how to prepare for the Sunday morning rush by now. Every Sunday, it is the same BS with them. It takes a hour just to get two small breakfast items. This doesn't make sense. They need better managers who can prepare and lead their staff!! Items should already be laid out ready to grab and move to the next customers. They are just out of order and not functioning efficiently!
Waited behind a car for 10 minutes before the speaker even said “you can go’on ahead”. Like they were there the whole time waiting and it was the person in lines fault. They got the person’s order in front of me wrong 3 times. Then when it’s my turn order i get told “hold on a minute”. I waited 3 minutes before driving off. 13 minutes+ in a drive through line. 2 cars (mine included). Maybe today was a short staff day but it kinda defeats the purpose of fast food if I can’t it fast. I just left. I don’t expect customer service these days if folks can’t receive tips but I do expect to at least be able to order food.
It took an extremely long time for my order—20 minutes to receive my food. I tried to get their attention, but they seemed uninterested and focused only on their own tasks. Coming from a hospitality background, I believe that customer service should always come first, before the food. It's important to have staff attending to customers at the registers. I was very disappointed because I usually visit on Sundays. Now, I feel uncertain about returning. Please prioritize customer service, including at the registers!
Been standing here waiting on my food but they’re only paying attention to the drive thru they literally made 5 drive thru orders after I placed mine at front counter plus I didn’t get acknowledged when I stepped to the counter when I first came in

We love Jack’s! It's easy to order pickup, has friendly service, and has great choices.
Fast and efficient. Perfect drive through.
Food is good, lobby is clean, bathrooms are clean.
