This location just doesn’t get it. Employees have a bad attitude on the drive thru speaker and at the window. The chicken finger plate I ordered had all 4 fingers stuck together in a giant fried mass. The fries weren’t seasoned/salted and whatever that pitiful excuse of Comeback sauce they had mixed up in little cups was inedible. $10.28 for dog food and I kinda feel bad for letting my dog eat it. I will say, the biscuit was absolutely wonderful. . .cooked to perfection.

What am absolute train wreck of a restaurant. This place has gone totally down hill from when I let my original review below. 25 minute wait for fried chicken, and them when I get home, the rest of the order is incorrect. Corporate needs to review processes and rather than have Jacks on every street corner, perfect your operations first. Now, not all location are this bad but the Homewood location sucks the worst.
Food is good but the lady who runs the place in the morning is the most personable fast food worker ever. I just wish I had a job for her at my business.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have ramps in the sidewalk and a big bathroom stall for wheelchairs.
Can’t really beat them on value, food options change often too so you won’t get tired of visiting. Service here (online/drive thru/dine in) is pretty good, but it gets bogged down during rush hours, make sure to avoid it. Dining area is pretty tidy and nicely decorated.
The staff has been very rude whenever I have gone to this location. Maybe they are going through hard times.

This place is great. They move very quickly. Your order is always correct. The only problem I have e perceived is the young man who is taking your order has no patience. He likes to rush you which is not good. This has really been our first time ordering from Jack's. He does not give you a chance to look at the menu. This has happened 3 days in a row. So that's why I gave service 4 stars. Other than that everyone else is great!!

I came during the evening time. Guy was nice and grateful for his job. The girl who handed me my food act like she not wanna work. I said have a great evening she said nothing just pass the food. If your job that bad why don’t you quit find something else to do. With an attitude like that I just come in the morning when the real managers there and care about the food and product they put out.
