This was my second time to eat at Jack's, and last! The attitudes of the lady moving at a snails pace and appeared very disgruntled because we were even there, was awful! She didn't even pay attention to our order and got it wrong. We ordered 2 blueberry pies and 2 apple pies tontake on the road with us, she forgot to charge us for the order, no big deal, since they had to cook them, we said we would pay before we left and when we got them, my husband goes to pay and get the pies, they said our card wouldn't work because we had already used it once, so we paid with a different card. We get in the road, we have 2 blueberry pies and 2 strawberry, no apple! So they were wasted! Got hundreds of miles on down the road, my initial card did work!! I was charged twice for pies that were wrong!! I also ordered a 3 piece dark chicken with a diet coke, she gave me 2 pieces and tea! I told her I ordered a 3 piece and she argued and said we ordered 2. They didn't have any legs at the the beginning of lunch rush.

Visited this location on 5/17/25 and ordered a sausage biscuit meal and pancakes breakfast. None of the food was fresh. I would have taken it back in, but I had a small infant in the car and the drive thru was around the building. Thus is totally unacceptable and disappointing. I won’t be back.

I ordered online In the app, and waited in the drive threw 15 mins before FINALLY REACHING THE SPEAKER, to be told I have to come inside and after I explained to them again I DO NOT HAVE A PICK UP ORDER I ORDERED MY OWN FOOD IN THE APP I WAS STILL TOLD TO COME IN. IF I WANTED TO GET OUT OF CAR AND WASTE MY TIME BEING BOUNCED AROUND I WOULD HAVE WENT INSIDE. THIS WAS VERY RUDE OF THEM AND NOT OKAY! I TOOK THE TIME TO ORDER AHEAD BUT THEY ALLOW PEOPLE WHO JUST PULLED UP AND ORDER TO SIT COMFORTABLY IN THEIR CAR AND GO THREW THE LINE WILE I HAD TO WAIT IN THE LINE, GET TOLD NO I CANT, GET OUT OF MY CAR IN THE COLD, AND HAVE TO WAIT INSIDE FOR ANOTHER 15 MINUTES! WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN! THIS FIRST EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL!

Very very rude, does not acknowledge you, very pushy acts like it's a problem to take your order. And they even got all 5 of our orders wrong. Very disrespectful. I do not recommend this location what do ever. I love Jack's but I will never come back to this location. They need to hire people that actually want to work and that can be respectful to their customers

Spent over 20 minutes in the drive thru line. Only 3 customers in the drive thru and no customers inside because the door is locked.
