We sometimes dine here and usually take out. I’d rather they turn off the TV or put on something else because it’s really annoying. Sometimes orders take a while but it’s often correct. The last time we visited Alisha accommodated us well.

This WONDERFUL JACKS made me feel so much more than an customer, I felt like family. My elderly Mother has gotten her days and nights flipped. She wanted a sausage biscuit from Jack's around 8:30pm She wasn't eating much so I had to try. I came in and spoke to the Manager in charge and explained my mother wants. She had been through the same thing and sold to me a sausage biscuit. Thank you!!! I brought n̈there watching my mother eat the entire biscuit brought tears and so much gratitude to JACKS! Everytime I come here it like going back in time, when customer service was automatically given!

I went here on 8/18/25. Made an mobile order. It was suppose to be ready at 8:19pm. I did not get my food unlit 8:44pm. Once I got home I reallize my order was incorrect. Ive tried contacting support which said someone would reach put in 3-5 business days. I have yet to hear from someone. Dont go here. Its a joke.

Also was waiting 30 minutes in the “fast food” line before even taking my order. Get it together

I love love LOVE this jacks !! The drive thru during breakfast is top notch. Friendly staff and they’re practically handing you your food as your order leaves your mouth. Hard to find a decent breakfast spot around here. Thank y’all so much !

Do not eat here. This is a horrible place. Took 10 minutes to order food. Empty drive thru wow! and there was no one eating inside. No line nothing .There was no one in front of me. At least at night time. They’re just sitting there playing with their phones and having fun listening to music Killing the clock.
So inexpensive and great staff. Food was amazing too, first time trying a more southern style breakfast.

I usually don't do much fast food joints but I have been to this Jacks a few times and for some reason keep going back on occasion. I think for the most part the service is superior to the attitude you get at most fast food establishments, and I always seem to go over when they are having a special promotion, like the chili dogs last summer, and the BBQ bacon burger this year, and they were both above average. I was hoping they had done the Chili dog promotion again this year but I see they are doing a corn dog promotion and I will leave that one for the kiddies lol....Atmosphere is typical fast food, but clean and orderly, service at the counter when ordering is efficient and I always seem to get a nice smile and warm welcome and a thank you. So, if you are in a hurry and in the area of this Jacks I would suggest giving them a try and trying out one of their special meals.
