The guy working the window cashier around 6PM deserves a raise and or promotion, he gave fantastically wholesome service and seemed pleased to be working. It is rare to see that nowadays and has honestly been an issue with this Jack's in particular. The African American fella working the drive thru changed my perspective on this location today.

The dinner time drive thru employee (female with blue and black braids) was extremely rude. I've had poor service at this location previously but this was awful. I went inside and spoke to the shift manager. She took my order (my sick son had requested a burger and milkshake specifically) then I left and went to Zaxby's across the road to get food for the rest of the family. At Zaxby's the service is always super friendly and the food is always excellent.

I ordered 2 double cheese burgers and a boat of fries , the fries were cold so I went back through drive thru to ask for fresh fries, after waiting 10 minutes they bring another half empty boat cold fries. Now my burgers are cold and still cold fries. Now I'm just done and want to go home. Was going to do the survey on my recipt but didn't have a code. Very disappointed in the service and i was made to feel like I was in the wrong for asking for hot fries.

Dear Jacks your over night staff is very unprofessional the last time I went I asked was my food hot a lady with blue & black braids lied & said it was only for me to be disappointed. The other night I ordered the two hamburger meal asked the guy at window was my food hot,he went on to say it just came out the grease my bread was hard & my fries was cold & hard & of course the lady with the blue & black braids was there she gave me a look & he proceeded to give me cold food..A manager needs to chime in around 6 or 7pm cause this is unacceptable..I guess Jacks don’t serve Hot food anymore
This new location is awesome. They have ice cream and a brand new dining room and rate service. Everybody knows that Jack's rocks fried chicken. My favorite, though, is the sausage biscuits. I don't think I will ever get tired of them. But I would try this location because the staff is amazing.
