YesterdayFam, the drive-through was four vehicles away from the actual window to pay and receive orders. Yes, that long so I parked & walked in. At the drive-through window, a blue car was there waiting (remember this). Inside, the line was almost to the entrance door, yikes. First time there so not sure if this normal mornings & the lines will move pretty fast. Oh I forgot to mentioned a young lady was outside taking drive-through orders about five vehicles away from the actual drive-through menu order thing lol not sure of that name. Anywho, I think that’s not good especially with slow services inside. Not all can mastered Chick-fil-A strategy…I’m just saying ??♂️ Waiting in that long line inside for over 10 plus mins just for a stack of pancakes wasn’t worth it so me and another guy (not with me) dipped. Walking out the building to my vehicle, the drive-through line was still long but now at the corner of the building to my left. Look right the blue car JUST received their order and it wasn’t a huge order. This was near 9:40am. ?↔️ No one apologies for the long wait and I noticed two managers or maybe one with an applicant for a job not sure sitting at a table but took no accountability to address the insane unorganized situation. Marked this as a no visit ever again for a quick breakfast visit.

Purchased Breakfast Special with bacon.Could not eat Grits not mixed correctly.Why would a manager or employee let this go out?This store has been terrible since opening actually stopped going there,Decided to try breakfast this morning.Wasted my money on terrible Jacks.Corporate and regional management must just ignore this type of service.Do not want to say anything to management at store because they will get a attitude with you.

Pass few times coming to this location everyone here has always been rude eye rolling no reason throws the food out the windows ? I say thank you they roll eyes ? I don’t know what’s wrong with this staff! I will not be back! I have even talked to a few other couples, and they also mentioned it in my area and said it’s happened to them and they feel uncomfortable going there because of this! So I’m not the only one who sees this ? I’m not paranoid? and we never get napkins or forks are straws NEVER! And I always use the drive through! Then the line is a mile long ? and then they get attitude with you but they did wrong it’s just not worth going there to much drama ?♀️

To be a new facility, This location is rundown and gehtto. I'm done wasting my money here. The people who choose to work absolutely hate their job. Not once has my order ever been right. And the food. The hash browns are never fully cooked. Never. Always soft and mushy and inedible. You know its too hard to get the drinks right also. Ordered a diet Dr. Pepper and a coke. Got a diet coke and a Dr. Pepper. We work hard for our money just to throw it away!!! No respect for any customers here!!! We're just in the way of people playing on their phone. At least we give them a reason to be a smart a$$ and rude as hell!

THIS LOCATION IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. Regardless of what time I go, something is ALWAYS left out. Food, condiments, straws, etc. Bought a pancake plate, got home with no bacon, no syrup, no napkins, no straws. I have let it slide time and time again for convince, but life is too expensive for reckless employees to be wasting my money. If I go to jacks it will NEVER be this location. Employees attitudes suck, the food sucks, and I am done wasting my money and time! And stop saying you’re in Irondale, you’re in Birmingham!

How @ lunch I get some chicken looked like it was cooked yesterday I asked for 3 wings & got 2 legs & a breast & I sat in the driveway for 20 mins only to get nothing I asked for . I didn't have time to complain because i was on a 30 min
