Boy oh boy, a whole 3.5” long breakfast “burrito”.

FYI, the mens restroom was ATROCIOUS!!

Set in drive thru so long for breakfast don't have time and have to leave to get to work most of the time. At lunch might have time..
If there was another place next to it to eat breakfast it would maby go out of business just because slow. If more than one or two cars in drive thru better have a lot of time

I’d like to leave this review because I was drinking my shake and found a PIECE OF PLASTIC this is unacceptable I could’ve swallowed it. I love going to jacks but I just do not like that this happen to me makes me very upset and disappointed.

This place should be shut down, They had me pull up to wait on a ham biscuit... a HAM biscuit. 15 min later I just left, not coming back to this location, they can keep the money.

The burger was cold fries was good the store was full of 🪰 🪰 🪰 and service was awful no soap in the restroom and no paper towels either and I don't feel good after eating that food

I visited this dirty Jacks. To start, it requires a health department inspection. The floors were sticky, a foul smell lingered, and flies were buzzing all around. Additionally, one of the staff members exited the restroom and immediately began preparing food. The customer service was appalling. The manager and staff were using profanity while I was present. I couldn't believe what I was witnessing. An incredibly unprofessional and repulsive establishment! It is very sad because Jack's had an amazing reputation but unfortunately all business has to come to an end.

I really want to like jacks, but anytime I go I’m disappointed. At this location, my order was rang up wrong 3 times and when I came around to the window I was why, most of the staff was on thier phones or standing around. Smh, this is the worse in the area for sure.

Haven't got my food yet so I can't rate it. Stood at the register for 5 minutes watching 5 people do nothing. Tables are so dirty. Food on the floor. Bugs flying around. Just gross...

SEC biscuit was delicious

Memorial Day, 9:00 am, several customers in the drive-thru and inside, and only 3 employees in the building (1 manager, 1 front line employee, & 1 chef). When I tell you these 3 employees did their big one, please believe me! They were a well-oiled machine, pushing out orders like they do this in their sleep. All three employees were absolutely amazing to converse with and the cleanliness of the restaurant was top-tier. The food was hot and made just right. I will definitely be returning to this location.
