Memorial Day, 9:00 am, several customers in the drive-thru and inside, and only 3 employees in the building (1 manager, 1 front line employee, & 1 chef). When I tell you these 3 employees did their big one, please believe me! They were a well-oiled machine, pushing out orders like they do this in their sleep. This location is adequate for my breakfast needs only because it's closest to my job. I just don't get the same service as I get in other locations. Occasionally, I will get a bag at the window with no additional words. I go further down the road to discover no utensils in the bag. So I am forced to eat biscuit and gravy with just my hands. I don't care for this particular location b/c they're not enthusiastic about their drive-through positions. The energy & voice tones are very dull.😑 If you don't want to be there please find yourself another job that makes you happy! I will never work a job AGAIN in this life where im not happy; b/c that down-and-out tone, unhappy voice makes me unsure about whether I should eat here. Also, they're not very detailed when they're preparing the takeout...
