I enjoy going to this place but this is the third time they’ve gotten my order wrong. Every time I call back to back to try and get it corrected they never answer!!

This was by far the best packed meal we have recieved from Jack's. I ordered lunch for my employees and everything was packed to perfection, labeled, hot and categorized. It was easy to split up the meal. This is the first time I have ever left a review for fastfood but I had to today. Great Job Jack's.

We came in late and everyone was still super nice and helpful. No one tried to rush us or seemed annoyed that they had to serve us. The food was great as usual.

Waited 25 minutes with husbands sugar dropping to get a lousy 3 piece chicken tenders .cashier over charged twice I caught it.absolutely no one to train the help.sont come here horrible horrible service

We’ve tried this location several times and I can guarantee each and every time you visit this restaurant something about your order will be wrong. Want a deluxe breakfast that comes with hash browns? You won’t get them. Tonight we tried this location again and it was the final nail in the coffin. I ordered the new wings meal…I wanted buffalo sauce and they gave me bbq. I hate bbq sauce on wings and they were breaded but soft, it was gross. You’d also think that a wing meal would come with a cup of ranch, especially since there’s even one in the photo of the meal - nope. They don’t even care to ask you if you want one. My husband wanted a large fry and gave him a small. It’s a joke at this point. If you order no pickles this place is bound to give you extra. They never ever read back the order to see if they got it right and guess what - they didn’t. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It’s a waste of money and time.

You know Jax is delicious. At no time can you go wrong with chicken. I've never had dinner for $6 plus tax and a drink. We picked it up yesterday afternoon and had it for dinner. String beans and coleslaw are delicious

Very disappointed. We eat at this Jacks quite often and stopped by today for the corn dog meal deal only to be told at the drive thru that this meal was discontinued. There was a sign on the side of the building and on the marquee advertising the corn dog meal. DO BETTER!

Our second try at this location, and another bad experience, Which tells us this is the norm here.

Got our food in the drive through, checked we had everything, and drove all the way home just to find our corn dog meal was literally 2 old, wrinkly and burnt to a crisp corndogs that were inedible. It was dark so we hadn’t noticed at the restaurant.

Had to drive all the way back, wait in a line of cars for far too long, just to get to the window and have a scowling woman bring me the re made food and give me extra attitude when I asked for the ranch.

Zero apology, acted inconvenienced about doing the job right when what they handed to us 30 mins earlier was complete garbage, and they knew it since they didn’t even ask for the old bag. We’re done at this location, it’s just getting worse, and they don’t care.
