They were out of a couple of food items but were very courteous . They need to clean up the place better though.

Long time lover of Jack's. Only complaint is superb special items come and go. Had a popcorn style chicken for a while that was A+++. Very accommodating with special requests. Some stores sell baĝged ice on request and beats home produced crushed by a mile. Chicken and sides are especially consistent and good.

I went through drive through at 918 pm. I ordered Chicken sandwich meal and 2 large fries and 2 cookies. I pull forward the fries were old. The man in the window states they were closing and they were sitting under light. I asked for fresh fries he told me to pull forward. They brought out two large fries and I told him I had 3 he asked for my receipt and walked back in. I waited a couple of minutes then backed up to the window and he gave me old fries I ask for refund on those and asked for my receipt he told me to pull forward again and I did. I then waited till 945 to back up to the window again to get my receipt I was ignored then was told that it was a stupid refund and that they were calling the police on me this is crazy I will push the issue bc this behavior should never be tolerated

Came by about 1:25 pm and drive through wrapped around the building. Seemed to take longer than normal to order and receive it. Got up to the window the girl did not say hello, how are you nothing. She looked like she didn’t want to be there and had no customer service. This happens a lot at this

I spend my hard earned money here so that my wife and myself can eat dinner tonight and what do we get once we got home fried chicken that has sat under the heat lamp all day not even half a bowl of green beans and Mac n cheese so watery I could strain the noodles through a damn strainer it’ll be a while before I go
Got my order wrong twice. Then the witch acted like it was my fault she couldnt understand plain English. It wasnt even a complicated order. Got mad and rolled her eyes at me.
