Avoid this place like the plague. You're better off going to Deerfoot location. Pinson one is not great but better than this one. Very slow and they don't care if you are waiting. Watched 3 customers who waited almost 10 minutes just leave and a 3rd one came in for about 5 and gave up. They don't care... they just ignore.

I've been to this location thrice, and twice there was an issue with my order. The last straw was the half EATEN apple pie in my order. I was looking forward to eating that pie. This location sucks! Oh, and could you retrain your employees, please? It isn't hygienic to scratch your head and handle food. Disgusting!!!
I ordered a milk shake and it was so watery....went back in and get them to fix it and she told me it was the milk that made it watery and plus it wasn't even full !!

They act like you're disturbing them when you try to order something like you interrupted their conversation they can't they can't read their own they can't I can't do more than one thing for $15 an hour they ought to be out in the parking lot doing stripping I have never seen a more poorly-run Jack's all of the other in Springville and ICullman and other places do great
