I’ve been a regular patron of this establishment for quite some time and usually enjoy my experience, especially on weekends. However, this past weekend was disappointing. Upon arrival, my group was stopped at the door by a woman who introduced herself as part owner & the owner’s sister, requesting our IDs. While I understand the importance of checking identification, this has never been done on my previous visits. After we were allowed inside, I noticed that no other guests were being asked for ID. (That’s what made me leave) I don’t even drink I come for the great social atmosphere and positive vibe the club is known for. The staff are always friendly, attentive, and professional, and that’s one of the main reasons I continue to support this business. That said, I believe the co-owner or management team could benefit from additional customer service training or maybe investing in Consistency and professionalism go a long way in maintaining respect & loyalty from regular customers.

OMG as an LGBTQ person this is definitely not the place for US!!! I was watched and aggressively monitored the entire time I was there by a patron that definitely did not like people like US. When I spoke to someone about it they acted concerned but the person was allowed to continue stalking myself and my partner. I decided to leave and as I was leaving I realized the patron was waiting at the door for us to leave. We exited swiftly and got to the truck with no issues but I won't be back again.
