Awesome customer service from the staff here . I just ordered a giant 13 mikes way add chipotle mayo . Sucks that I have to witness other guest belittle the workers when they are just doing their jobs !! I love this location and will be back !!

Went to get a sandwich, and I even offered to pay extra for green peppers on a plain sandwich. Dude told the lady that she couldn’t put green peppers on my sandwich, and got mad that she even told me they had green peppers. He came off lazy and rude. I’ll never pay $30 for two sandwiches here again. How about just give me the green peppers?

Until very recently, I hadn't had a Jersey Mike's sub in 4 years. This location did not disappoint. Gotta get it. "Mike's way." The staff was excellent. They were not that busy, but the manager even stepped in to make my sandwich. I'm going back soon.

Went made a order three sandwiches wasn’t busy told the guy I wanted two chipotle giants one of them with mushrooms and then a big kahuna chicken with tomatoes lettuce onion oil n vinegar got home and nothing had been put on the sandwiches that I ask for I didn’t pay 65 bucks for 3 sandwiches just to get charged for it all n nothing got put on my stuff

Final edit: will never return. I can get 3 mild subway subs that taste better than the dry, little meat no sauce Jersey Mikes. Most have gone downhill in general but is the worst location Ive ever been to.When it's right it's awesome... but last few times I've customized it hasn't been taken into effect.Edit to update: twice since, both times wrong

First time in the south at a Jersey Mikes. Always loved getting their Itialian subs. Tried their Philly cheese steak. There was more bread than anything else. Maybe it's the way they make cheese steaks down here. " I moved from PA./ Md area so they do the subs large with ample everything.
My wife and I have taken advantage of this location several times. It is conveniently located not too far away from our house - though, I guess, that could also be a bad thing if you're trying to save money! They are almost always busy, but get the order out fast, especially if you've ordered online or done a call-in order. Never had a problem with the order being incorrect, which is always a huge plus in my book. The food itself has been good and I'm sure we'll order here again the next time the craving strikes!

Was craving a sub (rare for me) so I came to Jersey Mikes! Aside from the weird line when ordering, everything else went smoothly. I ordered the #7 Turkey & provolone on wheat bread. I skipped the cheese but added mustard /banana peppers. And served Mike's way. Mike's way consists of lettuce , tomatoes, onions , olive oil , seasonings and red wine vinegar. My cold sub was delicious!! The staff was helpful. The inside of the restaurant was clean and spacious. This was my first time at this particular location. It's located in a strip mall , so there is ample parking available.

Today @8:38. I walked in to get a large hot sub. Well 3 employees looked at me and my wife and said the grill is clean so we can't make it. We looked at each other and walked out. I thought the sign said closes at 9:00pm. . Well I will not come here on evening shifts. Where they do that at?oh the Trussville location.

Shout out to t-mobile Tuesday!!! If it wasn't for them offing a free sub from jersey, Mike's, i wouldn't have known this restaurant existed, and now this is my favorite spot. I will be going back today!
