Waited to be seated for about 10 minutes even though it was empty. We had to wait for silverware after we got our food. I had the chicken strips, which were good. The onion rings are good and the cheese biscuits are good . Husband had the brisket, by looking at it you could tell it was dry. Said the potato salad was good. Service here is not good. Husband tried to use the bathroom but you have to have a code to use it . 3 employees walked passed him without even acknowledging he was standing there.
Not worth the headache.
Had a great meal at Jim ‘N Nick’s BBQ. The food was delicious, everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Our server Leo was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Great experience all around!
Had a drink while we ordered food to go. This is one of those places that never disappoints
Love the smoked turkey
Horrible horrible service I ordered the loaded Mac and cheese for my meal and I received a small small cup of Mac and cheese. I tried to call the restaurant to make them aware of what happened and I kept being put on voicemail and then somebody would pick up and immediately back to voicemail. I was finally able to get through after calling 4 times and told the guy what happened and his first excuse was that it's the 4th of July which I understand but that also means to tripe check people's meals especially when they are ordered from a third party and can't get the issue fixed right away. The first time I've had a bad experience at this restaurant definitely won't be ordering from this location again.
Surrounding area was not the best but food was amazing!
The potatoes was sooo good Leo was right. He’s the best. We will be back.
The server we had was absolutely amazing and she always gives us excellent service.
Leo was an outstanding server—polite, attentive, and incredibly quick. He made the whole dining experience smooth and enjoyable. The food was amazing; I ordered the 3 meat combo along with the onion rings, and everything was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend asking for Leo if you visit!
Arrived at opening at 11am, we were seated at a baby table. My husband is over 6 ft tall and hates to complain but detest these small tables. His knees were against the table post. They had just opened for lunch and the bread was served cold. Not a good experience.

The price hikes at JNN in recent years have been annoying enough. Now that the chain was sold to a capital investment firm, the quality has gone straight downhill. I bought a brisket for lunch today, and not only was it almost thirty bucks, it was gross. This brisket was the most disgusting pile of fat I've ever seen sold as food. What a shame. Birmingham has lost another once great restaurant.
