Jim 'N Nick's Station 5

Took my dude out for dinner and he wanted Jim N Nicks. I'm not a big fan of barbeque but that's what he wanted. We were greeted with a warm welcome. However they didn't have what I wanted which was a potato baker, so we just got the 2 lbs ribs. The ribs were tough and they along with the baked beans were cold. Also the server never came back to the table to see if we needed anything. I would have sent it all back but my date told me not to worry about it. HE WOULD SAY THAT CAUSE HE DIDNT PAY FOR IT

This job fired me an did not investigate wat happened I was discriminated poor training did not ask me wat happened just told me to leave the person lied

Worse than Mcdonalds... nothing but a greedy corporate cancer ran by fat loser clowns like Michael Clark. I assumed the Georgia locations were as terrible as they are because of his insecurities and lashing out due to his height and obesity, but like most things, the problem starts at the top... someone hired that thing.

Gotta say a big thank you to Jim ‘n Nick’s BBQ in Athens, GA. I drove through there, hoping to get the awesome sounding baked potato that is described on their menu. After ordering my kiddo’s chicken fingers, I asked for the potato only to be told they had run out of them for the night. 😞 when I pulled up to pick up our food,  the chef (Matt) had found out that I had really wanted a potato and so he gave me one for free. That makes potato might’ve been part of his employee meal he was taking home. I don’t know but that gentleman made my night.  by the way, the potato is very good, but the service was even better!

we always enjoy Jim n Nick's. we've been to the Tennessee locations so was our first visit to the Alabama location. Great space. good service. delicious burgers.

My family and I went to eat at the new location in Madison Alabama. The Pulled Pork, smoked wings, and Brisket were the best flavor. All the sides were delicious and the chocolate topped the meal. I highly recommend any of these Jim n Nicks. The service staff was extremely helpful. Our family highly recommends any of these BBQ Restaurants to you and your family.

Awesome BBQ, everything is made from scratch here and the cheese biscuits are addictive especially with the honey butter

Everything including the service was great except there were a few bits of cartilage in the BBQ chicken sandwich.

This is the worst supposed to be good restaurant I ever ate at! I ordered the brisket sandwich and my wife had the pulled pork. Both were so dried out and tough you could hardly chew it. The so called service was non existent. After our server brought us our food we never saw her again and the place was not very busy. I would NEVER visit a Jim and Nicks again, nor would I recommend it. Worst BBQ I have ever had!!

Awesome place, delicious food and perFect customer service

I used to love the food at J & N. They used to have the best baby back ribs. Very sadly, they no longer serve them. They only have spare ribs and they aren't as good as the ribs at Saw's. They still have the cheesy biscuits and great pulled pork as well as other dishes. Until the baby back ribs come back, if you want ribs, go to Saws in Homewood.

The service was good.. The food has become not memorable.. The little muffins before our meal were usually served warm .. ours were room temperature at best .. We both ordered Chicken .. it was over seasoned and mine was dry and salty.. The food was brought to the table cool so we did something we seldom do .. we had it sent back ! It returned shortly warmed up but not Hot ( which I prefer) The food over all was over salted and not reminiscent of how J&N used to be.. the only thing familiar was the Little muffins .. would have been amazing if served fresh and hot ..

You think you can take those free delicious biscuits from me? No. Until you return to unlimited biscuits I will never dine at your establishment again. This whole establishment is all for nothing if we do not have free biscuits. The BBQ is decent but the hinges that held the doors of this restaurant together were the free biscuits, and you have taken that from us. This will not be a forgotten time. My children will grow up in the cold when there are no fresh warm free biscuits to keep them from freezing in the winter. There’s a difference between us. You think the people of this country exist to provide you with money for biscuits. I think your position exists to provide those people with free biscuits. And I will die before I do not move on this cause. Let me make my position as clear as the sun when it breaks the beginning of the Earth's horizon in the morning, BRING US BACK OUR FREE BISCUITS!!!!!
