I ordered 3 10 peice combos on 3/20/26. THE chicken was fried very hard like it was too hard to eat,2 orders were garlic parmesean and only about 4 peices of the chicken and a few garlic parmesean sprinklers on it,My other order was a hot lemon pepper,it only had lemon pepper sprinkles on the top wings,none on the bottom wing,fries were over cooked.The worst 10 peice combos I've ever had,and I spent $46.17.Im very disappointed. I really wish I could post a picture.

This place is a joke. I called to say they never gave me my chips. And there was a very thin layer of mean. And thats all on the sandwich. The guy that answered the phone started cussing at me and all the attitude that a person can have. It was the worst 15.00 ever.

Went and got food here. My food was t fresh and my potato salad had rotten potatoes in it. Somebody was supposed to reach out to talk to me about this issue and rectify the situation but nobody did. Truly a disappointing and poor representation of the Jimmy John’s name. They do not conduct good honest business.

Edit : I did get my sandwich after an hour and 10 mins even though the store was on the same street. Definitely skimpy on the toppings like lettus compared to other JJ.

I guess the Alabaster Jimmy Johns has me spoiled, because the one downtown doesn't come close to the quality of food and the service. The #10 is supposed to be huge, but mine only had lettuce on half the sandwich. Lol i was i were joking. Tomatoes were old, and i always ask for a ton of peppers and this time got none.

My first experience at Jimmy John’s . The sandwich was good. I will say in comparison to Subway it was not worth the price. It basically only came with mayo, lettuce, and tomato. Almost $9 I should be able to get what I want on it ??♀️ the staff are friendly. It tasted good. Unfortunately I will stick with the usual sub shop. Overall a decent experience.
